Report for MoreDates.com review

The online dating website MoreDates.com offers free registration and the landing page points out that this portal is for everyone. Dating ages of 40+ just for fun. Everything seems possible here. But after we did some research and read the terms and conditions we found out that the website is a fake chat scam by Appcreators BV.

The operator is located in the Netherlands and is well-known in the online dating business. MoreDates.com is not the only dating platform this operator runs and all of them are non-reputable as they are all fake chat rip offs. The website is full of fake profiles and operated by fake operators that entice the users into spending money. Of course the users do not know anything about the fake chats.

Details on the MoreDates.com review

The online dating website MoreDates.com advertises free registration and a great number of active members. The landing page wants to make it clear that this platform is one of the best dating websites in the UK. It does not matter who you are or what you are looking for as here you can find it. That offers sounds too good to be true and really it is. It did not take long to find many negative reviews about the website MoreDates.com and its operator.

The operator of the scam dating platform MoreDates.com is the company Appcreators BV. The company is located in Venlo in the Netherlands and it is not what we would call an unknown player. The company runs a large network of fake chat scamming dating websites. The dating platform MoreDates.com is just another name on their and now it’s on our list.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 30/03/2020)

Appcreators uses professional animators and operatos for the entertainment of the Users, who are not identified separately in the system. This Service is provided in the highest quality. Real meetings are not possible with these operators. Users can only send them messages within the portal.

The users do not know about fake profiles

The rip off and the way users get tricked is on every platform and done identically to others. The operator advertises free registration and a lot of active members. After registration new users will receive a lot of messages from other members in a short time. The users do not know about the existence of fake profiles and assume that every single profile in the member’s area is real. But as our research shows like the reviews on the internet point out all profiles on MoreDates.com are fake. The fake chat is mentioned in the terms and conditions.

The fake operators or as the Appcreators BV calls them professional animators entice the users into a chat with no goal or sense at all as a physical contact can and will never happen. But the users do not know that so they will pay for the chats. Customers on Appcreators BV are able to send messages but first the users have to buy credits. The users spend a lot of money on chats with a fictitious person. As we see it there is no other conclusion so to us MoreDates.com is a rip off.

The conclusion from our MoreDates.com review

The online dating website MoreDates.com is a fake chat scam. The website and its operator have a terrible reputation on the internet. The operator is well-known for its rip off network dating websites and also we have had some bad experiences with the operator. All websites are fake chats and they always scam the users.

If you would like to learn more about the dating rip-off, check out our other reviews. You can also easily check which other dating websites belong to Appcreators BV.

I am ashamed to be writting this Review. I am 81yr Widower. Been on my own for over 3 yrs. I was looking to find a Long Term Relationship. When I first started to use thsi web site I wanted to be polite and respong to al incomming msg’s even if it was to just basically say “Thanks but No Thanks” The incomming msg’s increased. I updated my Profile to ask that no new msg’s be sent. New Messages just kept comming in. When I tried to recently add more coins I experienced problems and the same thing happened with different accounts. A review of my Accounts reveal that the accounts are overdrawn by a large amount. I have requested Historical Records from the Company. To date I have not received any reply. My suspicions went up when I rec’d three new mes’g worded exactly the same, one after the other. When I have suggested different ways of communication I receive different reasons why the women will not use any other means. Through my own fault I have allowed myself to be manipulated by their system to the point where I am now sp far in debt it is not funny. I have been manipulated and I am not proud of what I have allowed to happen. Be warned people everything is geared to keep you buying coins then more coins.Run, Run Very Fast and for a long way away from this site. I wish I had read the reviews before getting on this slippery path.

I have spent quite a bit on more dates and the first thing I noticed was that the fake girls always answered with a question ,in order to get another 50 points . I would write long messages which would take a normal person a couple of minutes to read andrespond but the answer would come in seconds and guess what !! with another question for me to answer . I said if you are genuine here is my email and guess what I got a response with another question . This dating site should be investigated and taken to court . What they are doing is not legal.

Hello. PLease don’t blame the website. Blame yourselves. I am 70, no picture no info but within seconds young beautiful girls were telling me how great my profile was. REMEMBER no PIV, no info. Having got my interest I put up aa \photo of me, still I got lots of replies. I also began to notice repitition of message. They are using scripts. It didn’t cost me anything as I was using the little wheel to spin free each day,and occasionally would andwer somone.. As I said your do really have to be sstupid to be taken in by these people, which is why the do it. Ask yourself are you really that attractive???? Pete.

You do what I do, using the spinning wheel but I swear they control the wheel lately as I always get a pissy 5 or 10 coins very rarely do I get 100 coins or 250 coins

I fell for it. Not only that, but I just noticed two charges to my credit card that I did not authorize. Very disappointing.

Gosh, is this legal to cheat this way?
Is not it the same as selling an out-of-order car as bold new car? Or as selling gold rings made of nickel and plated?
Should not they be brought to court?
Is there no control of fake business in the Nethrelands?

Hi everyone My name is Mike I am from Sweden.
I want to give you all a tip of some questions you can ask yourself when starting a profile on a new dating website.

    The first thing I recognize.
And this is happening mostly 8 of 10 Times on all those websites that has this fake profiles and has a support service that use fake profiles to chat with you and make you spend money.
    I started a profile.
After one minute or two. I got a chat from a girl nearby my place.
She told me that she has been looking for some new profiles. To there hasn’t been any activity for a while.

She started chat with me almost immediately after I created a profile, I even didn’t have a profile picture.

Two minutes later a new girl to me and said with a distinct Tone: how hard could it be to create a profile picture and right something about yourself isn’t that the fact why we are here to talk with each other?

Another tip i would like to give you all, if you get some free credits in the beginning.
I can promise you you will get a least 3 of 4 messages from different people. Write messages to them until you credits are leveled to zero.
I can promise you they will stop writing to you the same time your credits are leveled to zero.

To the developers of this datingspot 24.co.uk

Thank you very much for this very very helpful site.
    This site is very good.
    I feel very greatfull

This is a big scam. Chat means talk. This site is to send/receive messages (Like SMS) that cost a lot of money. To sign is free but then a lot of computer bots start to send to you a message and try to create conversation via these costly messages.
Send anything to Sophie (Support) which is a bot and the reply always: Please use our FAQs for your questions! Many of your questions can be answered quickly and easily here.
I have changed my age to 85 and still I have received messages of 40 ton 50 years old from various far cities. I managed to reverse 2 transactions on my credit card and now I have -1600 points.
The credit card transaction beneficiary is AppCreators B.V. appcreators.c which gives collection services for scams.
Is there any authority that I can report about this scam?

Basically a fake dating site built on scams. The A.I. works relentlessly to fill up your message chart with any sort of request from ghost ladies whose profile never match what they propose. Repetitive, identical messages pop up at times from different female members. I am quite confident the A.I. is supported by human mods who come in when the convo gets problematic. Synthax errors, mispells are the rule. It looks like they are spamming pre-packaged messages in a disperate attempt to grab your buck. Definitely a place to avoid.

There is a lucky wheel to earn coins. You can try your luck to earn coins with it. Everyday you can try. After few days when you have enough coins to chat then you can start texting if you want really have fun! I do like that :D. Obviously, it is a fake dates site. So, earn coins with free lucky wheel, should not buy coins.

Concluded quite quickly that the responses I was getting appeared to be from some sort of ‘bot’ – no sensible reply to straight forward questions … and this site confirmed my suspicions. I used Paypal to pay the one £4.99 ‘coin’ purchase. Having realised the scam I immediately opened a dispute with Paypal who pretty much instantly refunded my money. You have to wonder if they know it’s fake but won’t or can’t stop MoreDates from using their money transfer system. I’m inclined to think it is the former.

I’ve been on more dates and I have just found out I it is a scam I have spent around £800 pounds and I’m disabled. They keep saying I’m busy next weekend just keep sending your messages. I’m fed up with this website I’m hoping someone can have them done. I’ve been talking to a lady called Holly she supposed to live in longhoughton which is 25 minutes by car I got one of my friends to find out if she lives in longhoughton and showed him a photo of her NO one knows this lady she doesn’t exist I know my money is gone. But I’m going to have it in the papers so everyone will know how these people work. And hopefully they will be taken to Court as I have their address and her name.

Spent much on it and the ladies are there only to chat, finding excuses when asked to move to a ‘free’ platform. Women are always online (for goodness sake). Many fake profiles. And what’s more interesting: if one purchases 1000 coins, the options for fewer coins suddenly vanish, you are left only with the options for 1000 coins or… MORE! LOL. Someone has to force this site to close!

  23. Tony Norman 31st October 2021 at 8:18 pm - Reply

Addition to my earlier comment at 8:06. I also setup a bogus account as a woman. Once created it did start to ask for money (buy ‘coins’) to message on the site. So … even women are being conned out of their hard earned.

  24. Tony Norman 31st October 2021 at 8:06 pm - Reply

All entirely fake chat. I set out to check your other reviews … it’s all true. I set aside a max of £100 to purchase ‘coins’ from the site which allows you to correspond with other users. The coins get consumed at a rate of £ 1.50 per message! Long replies to questions arrive in less than 30 seconds, so not much thinking and typing time is needed by your respondents (Selected from a bank of comments? AI? touch typists?). If you push the responders for information or question them on their knowledge of their suburb you receive a diversionary comment/flattery. One woman I was chatting with was replying instantly at 02:30 and 21:00 – that woman had some stamina (or was she a team member on shift?).

Many typing errors, US slang/spellings (just like being in the Netherlands!!!) A cockney woman would not use the term gonna instead of going to.

Spend your money in a pub/wine bar and do your flirting/chatting with real people *cheers*

A total rip off I paid a small amount of money , but by the way the apparent person the other end replied it was obvious that they just wanted you to spend more money not interested in looser .
I paid by credit card , so reported it as a scam then got all may money back .
I suggest that everyone who has this problem REPORTS TO THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY & INSIST ON A FULL REFUND FROM THESE CROOKS

If you want to conduct a social experiment, it’s a great place to do so. If you are into ‘sexting’ and can afford the price, by all means, go there. They are pretty good at it, I give them that. If you want to meet a real someone…go to a pub or nightclub or wherever. BTW, all those ‘profiles’ are manned 24/7…by different people. Just to experiment, I went there during random hours, like 3am or 1pm or 8pm, whenever. There’s no delay in answers. Never. Also, their shift changes are quite easily detectable. Funny to see, how the style and wording differs, at least in the beginning. Also, those poor girls (let’s assume they are female) are brutally overworked. I’ve seen more than once, when they mix up the chat windows… Oh, don’t ask them about it (it costs money too, but even if you put it as part of your text wall) , they have convincing….reasons:) So. Yeah. it’s a scam. Avoid if you want to date. Go there, if you are too rich and want to have an (artificial) feeling of being special, accepted, wanted, sex-king etc:)

I feel really bad about this now, I probably have spent over £1000 in the last 15 months, I could of had a holiday instead, The women come to think about it are over keen, i’ve never met anyone off it on a date, usually they say they are to shy and need to get to know me more to exchange numbers, but after say a month of talking then if you dont more forward you never will, I guess people are payed to flirt, like the old phone sex lines of 20 years ago, makes sense as cheapest set of coins bundle works out at cost of £2,50 per message

  31. Mark 25th June 2021 at 8:27 pm - Reply

and after only just clicking on the profile I got so many messages from all the different fake profiles I looked at. they then responded with the message you looked at my profile and then you took off (all variants of that message)
yet nowhere on the site, there is a function that allows you to see who viewed your profile.

People have to realize we live in a time full of lazy F*ckers that want to make easy money. this being said you have to check and do your research for every site before spending even 1 dollar

I trusted their ad on Facebook. Silly me. Wow all the messages came in and I was overwhelmed and bought some coins to chat. At €1 per chat I soon ran out and thought I would be more selective with the next purchase. When I saw I had more credit that expected I looked at my bank statement and found that at the exact same time they billed me twice.
What should have made me realise it was a scam was WHY would so many women in their 40’s want to talk to an old man of 81. Need I say more?

If you are ok spending £2.50 for sending a single message go ahead. ( THEY CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF COINS AFTER A SHORT TIME ! ) Just realise this site is completely fake and ultimately a scam. This company uses ` stooges` to make you feel good. and keep you interested. You have no chance of finding anything on this site except BANCRUPCY ! Steer well clear of this disgusting rip off !

All a real ` RIPP OFF` . don`t touch this site with a barge pole. £1.77 for each message ? I don`t think so. Don`t waste your money. You will never find love or anything on here except a lighter wallet !

This site is relentless if you just stay on the page for even 20 minutes you will be bombarded with so called girls from your city who are happy to chat about anything. All designed to keep you burning up your coins and needing to purchase more at $25 a pop. I am not convinced either that your message is even being read by a person but by some sort of fully automated programme that can be very slow in sending a response.

Professional animators is another lie. Chatbots, and the most primitive ones. One thing guys responsible for that do not realize: their practices are not illicit, they are purely criminal. So, if someone happens to live in Netherland or have friends there, they could file a crime report, on the suspicion of fraud. This won’t take long, and will make Internet a better place. Gonna do this myself via Dutch pals.

Its totally a fake site. The “girls” want to keep you only for chatting to make you spend your money. I asked them to delete my profile and they did not! They are theaves, nobody even to think to try. BE AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

As already said in previous reviews, More Dates is a real scam, there are no real profiles, all the women in the pics are from other websites and other countries. Do not trust them it’s a huge scam. They only want to make you buy coins but beware never ever you will get to meet a girl. Best thing you can do/ ask the girls to meet you via Skype or messenger and you will see, NONE will agree. NEVER

i did use this page a few years aggo, and exactly like it sez here its a total scam, you get spammed with messages, then you start to talk to one person, it then sez that yo need to buy credits to keep messaging the person, i did that once to test it out, and the girl i was talking to was realy flirty and seemed real intrested, i asked the person to add me on skype or messenger or some other “free” site, and the only awsner i got was “no i dont talk on other pages, cant you just buy some credits so we can keep talking pleas i realy like you”… and now i tryed it again today, and same thing again…

so AVOID MoreDates.com like the pleague…

Exactly the experience . Nice persons on the pictures and seem nice when you start chatting. They alway want to get to know you more and never accept a face to face meeting. They rip you of by charging enourmous amount of money for the messages . Don’t make the mistake and buy it !
