UKAffair.com seems legit at first sight. It claims to be “Britain’s Best Affair & Married Dating Network”. No paid membership is needed and there are no hidden fees. Upon registration, you are even granted 100 credits to start chatting with members. Unfortunately, this is precisely where the problem lies. 100 credits will not get you further than a single message. If you want more, be ready to pay, a lot. This alone is enough to raise our suspicions.

But there is more. In fact, you will never meet anyone, because you have no guarantee that the profiles are genuine. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions. So, it is a fake chat. The only purpose is to make you spend your money. The company responsible for this unethical service is Wildfox Media, from Rickmansworth, in the UK. Our review shows that UKAffair.com uses fake chat operators who operate fake profiles, to rip-off their users.

At first sight, the online dating platform UKAffair.com seems serious. The landing page is professionally designed and presents what appear to be verified member profiles. However, our review soon reveals that this is not the case. We are dealing with a cheeky scam. One thing caught our attention. All profile descriptions are written in the 3^rd person, which looks fictitious. But it does not stop here.

Fake profiles

In their terms of service (TOS), UKAffair.com acknowledges the use of moderators to encourage conversations. However, most users find this deceptive as there is no possibility of dating these individuals. As we see it, fake profiles are created to trick users into believing that they can meet their soulmate. They lure them into spending more money to send messages in the fake chat. Altogether, we doubt that there are any real members on this website. This experience is a rip-off.

So how do you recognize a scam? Well, if you are spending a lot of money to chat with someone who may not exist, the chances are you are being ripped-off. You need 100 credits to send a single message. Once you run dry, you must spend £5 for 300 credits, or up to £100 for 10,000 credits. This will still cost you £1 per message! If you do not use them all, you cannot get a refund. Obviously. The company responsible for this rip-off is Wildfox Media, from Rickmansworth, in the UK.

We have not had any experience with this company yet. Here we can only point out to be very careful when you use a service of this company.
