Report for SugarDaddy.co.uk review

SugarDaddy.co.uk is an online dating platform which aims to connect sugar daddies and sugar babies. A sugar daddy is a boyfriend, often a mature man, who comes with financial benefits. This could be paying rent, tuition, travels, etc, in exchange for companionship or sex. It is a relationship between two consenting adults, and there can be endless ways to arrange this. Is SugarDaddy.co.uk a good option for people who are interested in sugar dating? This website is managed by Basef LTD, who are based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Unfortunately, we have written several reviews about this company, and they turned out to be a scam every single time. Our experience showed that this website is not a good option either. The platform contains a fake chat, and the operator openly admits that they create fake profiles, supposedly as some form of quality control. However, these fake profiles actively seek new members, and try to engage them in conversation. The problem is, you need to pay for chatting with these women, but you do not know if you are communicating with a real person.

Details on the SugarDaddy.co.uk review

SugarDaddy.co.uk is another rip-off, with a fake chat, created by Basef LTD, a dubious operator based in Nicosia, in Cyprus. This time, they have created a scam centred around the concept of sugar dating. However, the basic mechanism of this fraud is the same as usual. For this review, we created an empty profile, and read the Terms of Use in detail. This is what we found out.

Fake profiles

Our empty profile attracted a lot of unexpected attention, even though we had not even uploaded a profile picture. In fact, we had chosen the most unattractive options on our bio. That means when it comes to sugar dating, no income, no job, not a homeowner, etc. This underserved attention is usually a clear sign that the chat contains fake profiles. Another clue is that almost all the sugar babies look like models.

While reading through the Terms of Use, we also noticed that the legal text was converted into an image. Therefore, it was not easy to search for certain words. This is another common trick among shady operators, to avoid transparency. Thanks to our experience, we quickly identified the parts of the agreement, where the company admits to creating fake profiles. These supposedly guarantee that all the features function optimally.

From time to time, we may create test accounts to test certain features of the site.

Expensive fantasy chats

Fake profiles are not a problem in themselves if the user is made aware of it. But this is not the case. Nobody would approach a sugar dating website just to chat with some fantasy profiles. This is clearly a scam, particularly because you cannot even read the messages you receive, unless you pay in “credits”. These credits are virtual items, which work as a form of pre-payment.

The user purchases a credit package. 10 credits are discounted every time you wish to unlock a conversation with a new user. Another 10 credits are discounted for every private album you would like to look at. As you run out of credits, you will be prompted to top up again. The problem is, you do not know if those users are real.

The conclusion from our SugarDaddy.co.uk review

SugarDaddy.co.uk is supposed to be a sugar dating platform, created by Basef LTD, who are a company based in Nicosia, in Cyprus. We have written about this company before, so we know they create scams in this online dating industry. Sadly, this was no exception. The chat is populated by fake profiles, and you will not be able to read any messages until you pay for them. Who wants to pay for chatting with a sugar baby who is not real? Beware of this rip-off!
