Report for SpicyHotties.com review

SpicyHotties.com is an online dating website that will apparently help users easily find a hot date. At least that is what we can infer based on the appearance of the landing site. The truth is that the website doesn’t say much about the services it offers. We only see an image of a gorgeous woman seductively lying on a bed. Next to the picture is the registration form that invites users to register for free. In our experience, when a platform barely offers any information about the services, this is usually a red flag that shouldn’t be ignored.

The portal is managed by Ruby Bell LTD, an operator based in Thorpe-Le-Soken, UK. This wasn’t our first review on one of their platforms, so we knew their reputation was quite dubious. We decided to create a simple profile and read the Terms & Conditions in detail. We also tried to find out as much as possible about the operator and compared our experience to the comments left by other users. As it turned out, the website was just a fake chat scam full of fictitious profiles. Furthermore, we anticipated that subscribers would have a hard time cancelling their memberships.

Details on the SpicyHotties.com review

SpicyHotties.com is a dating platform for anyone looking for quick access to uncomplicated hot dates. The portal was created by Ruby Bell LTD, a British company based in Thorpe-Le-Soken. While writing our review, we were able to confirm that the website features a treacherous fake chat scam where users won’t be able to meet any authentic users. The website is simply not designed to facilitate genuine encounters. Unless you’re only looking for a sexy virtual experience, you should keep your credit card information away from this rip-off.

Fake Chat Profiles

Immediately after signing in, we received a lot of messages from sultry women looking for a companion. That was hard to believe as we have always made sure our profiles are completely uninteresting. In fact, we only wrote a bunch of random letters on our bio, so our profile clearly did not represent someone who was serious about making a date happen. Any normal human would have ignored us completely, which led us to believe that these were chatbots or automatically generated messages, as referred to in the Terms of Use.

How could all this possibly work? The truth is that Ruby Bell LTD is clearly making a huge profit from scamming its users. Generally, users rarely take the time to read the Terms of Use. Also, when someone spends time and energy setting up a nice profile with their best photo, it isn’t unreasonable for them to believe that they can attract someone. Therefore, a slippery slope begins when users decide to purchase a membership only to find out that the person who showed interest in them is nothing more than a deceitful program designed to rip off genuine users.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 06/02/2023)

13.1. From time to time, while You use Our Services, You may interact with automated online accounts and/or false profiles, which all its content has been generated by either: a) real persons that have been only contracted or employed by Us for the purposes set-forth below; or/and b) by automated programs or scripts, which dialogues none really exist and have been generated exclusively by programming (“Automated Profiles”).

15.1. All notices, requests, demands and other communications that You may send to Ruby Bell Limited under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, telecopied (with confirmation), mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested) or delivered by an express courier (with confirmation).

Cancellation Risks

If anyone were to give in to the temptation and ended signing up for a paid membership on this site, we suspect that they would regret it. Firstly, members would probably find out the service is useless. Some may even find the fake chat service to be entertaining, but after a while it gets old. If someone wanted to cancel their membership, it would most likely become an ordeal.

The Terms of Use set users up for an unnecessarily complicated process. The cancellation request must be delivered in written form, and a simple e-mail won’t be accepted. Users will need to fax their cancellation request, send it through a courier or traditional post, and will need a confirmation of receipt. Most likely, users will never get it. Meanwhile, the company will continue charging users for this rip-off if they don’t do anything about it.

The conclusion from our SpicyHotties.com review

SpicyHotties.com is an online dating website for people looking for easy casual dates. At least that is the impression we got from the landing site. However, the platform contains a hidden fake chat scam and a dangerous subscription rip-off. We discovered that memberships would turn out to be unnecessarily difficult to cancel, and in the meantime, will continue to be automatically charged for a lousy virtual sex experience. The portal is managed by Ruby Bell LTD, an operator registered in Thorpe-Le-Soken, United Kingdom.
