Report for SpeedyAffair.com review

The landing page of SpeedyAffair.com shows a picture of a couple being intimate with each other while inviting visitors to join with the promise of free registration. The site is proud to boast about having thousands of attractive members while showcasing a few member profiles. Overall, SpeedyAffair.com seemed like an appealing website. However, after careful research and a proper evaluation of the sight, we can say for sure that this site is not an ideal site for online dating. As a matter of fact, this dating platform is just a scam with a goal of ripping off users.

After skimming through the Terms & Conditions and getting a chance to experience the site, we can confirm that SpeedyAffair.com is a fake chat service with a subscription rip-off. They can’t be trusted to protect our privacy, for our personal data may leak due to poor data protection. There are plenty of reasons to not use this site that belongs to the company known as Maunaloa LTD, which is based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Details on the SpeedyAffair.com review

Before writing an online review about SpeedyAffair.com, we always do thorough research about the dating platform we are evaluating. After carefully assessing the website through first-hand experience, we concluded that there is no point in registering here. After all, there would be no real online dating experience and users would probably be tricked into using the site’s services.

The members’ pool is filled with profiles of attractive women that all turned out to be fake. Visitors of this site shouldn’t expect to have any genuine conversation or any real-life interaction with their matches on this site. SpeedyAffairs.com is a scam dating site that uses chatbots to run fake accounts that lure users to chat without providing any real dating service. Fictitious members surprisingly send well-written messages within a matter of seconds after a user completes his/her registration. We confirmed the use of chatbots after creating our own profile and receiving several messages even though our profile was empty.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 21/03/2023)

4.18. Compliance under the Bolstering Online Transparency. From time to time, while You use Our Services, You may interact with automated online accounts and/or false profiles, which all its content has been generated by either: a) real persons that have been only contracted or employed by Us for the purposes set-forth below; or/and b) by automated programs or scripts, which dialogues none really exist and have been generated exclusively by programming (“Automated Profiles”).

8.2. You will be able to make the payment for such Purchase with Your credit card or debit card (“Payment Method”), which might be processed by a third-party processor. Once You have made a Purchase, You authorise Us to charge You through Your chosen Payment Method. In the event that the payment is not received by Us after having tried to charge You through Your chosen Payment Method, You agree to promptly pay all amounts due upon demand by Us, moreover, if the recurring payment is declined, we reserve the right to charge You a convenience fee up to 5$.

Can’t Reply to Messages Without a Subscription

After we signed our own account, we were met with a message that requested a photo from us. Other messages flooded in as well. We were only able to interact with the first profile that contacted us, but that didn’t last long. After only a short correspondence, we were told in a form of a pop-up window that we would need to get a subscription to send more messages. The pop-up window showed a list of 3 different costly packages, and all of them involve recurring payments within the following months.

In the Terms & Conditions of SpeedyAffair.com, it mentions that once a user enters their credit card details, the company is allowed to them in the future. This is a complete rip-off towards members. Former members of the site have shared their bad experiences. The tricky part is that the site claims that users can cancel the subscription via email, but the operator will ignore these requests. The cancellation process takes too long because the operator is in no hurry to help users cancel it. The longer they can keep users as subscribe members, the more money they can make.

Data Protection is Non-existent

Due to the poor data protection, personal information provided on member accounts can be used by the company as they please. In terms of emotions, the vulnerability that users might experience is high, as their online identity can be exposed on other websites. In fact, at the time of registering, we had to tick a box that says we agree to share our data with a site called sa-cupid.com. The name of the operator behind this tricky website is Maunaloa LTD, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. It is not the first scam website they created on the dating market.

The conclusion from our SpeedyAffair.com review

The intention of this written review is to raise awareness of the potential danger that sites like SpeedyAffair.com might be. Registering, uploading pictures, and entering our bank card information is pointless because paying expensive subscriptions to chat with computer-operated profiles is not something real users want. Instead, we strongly recommend choosing any other portal from a wide range of reliable dating websites on the Internet.
