Report for SofiaDate.com review

SofiaDate.com advertises with a lot of erotic content and some profile pictures on the landing page. Sadly, that is all part of misleading information. This online dating website is a scam with a fake chat. Here, a team of moderators is active to stimulate people into a chat. For that chat, users must pay.

Costs will occur right after the free registration. That makes the free registration more of an irritating detail rather than normal information. In the end, this platform does not have a good reputation on the internet as well. Former customers claim that this portal is not worth the money. The operator of the platform is Clarence General Projects LLP, who are based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Details on the SofiaDate.com review

SofiaDate.com gives a solid first impression. On the landing page, we read about free registration and the high number of members of the website. The online dating portal advertises with a solid offer, in general. On the homepage, we also see some profile pictures. Those pictures look very promising. It seems that this portal has many great-looking users in the members´ pool who are just waiting for you to contact them.

The registration is not only free, but it will only take a short time to finish the process. Then, you can get in touch with the many members of the site. Here, you will have the best chances to find a date close to your region. The operator of the platform is Clarence General Projects LLP, who are based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

No chances for a real date

The online dating portal SofiaDate.com looks like a good choice, at first sight. But we did some research on the internet and found many negative reviews. The website seems not to be a reliable choice. People who had been registered here before claim that it is a rip-off. Former customers explain how the scam works. Actually, it starts already on the landing page. Here, the operator advertises with misleading and irritating information.

This site might offer free registration, but right after that process is done, costs will occur for sending messages. The user must purchase “credits” to be able to send messages. Of course, misleading information is not proof for a scam quite yet. But, on the other hand, that makes the portal look bad. The operator uses irritating information which is not a sign of trustworthiness. But, there is also much more to mention.

Moderators are active here

SofiaDate.com shows some profile pictures on the landing page. Of course, those profiles look just great and very promising. But, according to the information from former customers, they are all fake. Not just the profiles on the landing page, but also the profiles in the members´ pool are fake. Furthermore, the fake profiles seem to be controlled by employed operators. On the landing page, we read about a team of moderators. Now, the operator of the website does not mention that those moderators will have conversations with users.

But, what is the sense of moderators then? As we see it, the portal is a rip-off with a fake chat. The moderator will stimulate users into a chat for which costs will occur. We did some research on the internet. During that time, we found many negative reviews by former customers who had a bad experience with this site. They claim that this portal is moderated and so it is a fake chat scam. According to the reviews, it is not possible to meet one real person here. All profiles are a fake and show fictional people.

The conclusion from our SofiaDate.com review

SofiaDate.com seems to be a rip-off with a fake chat. Former users note that the members´ pool is filled with fake profiles. Also, the profiles on the landing page appear to be fake to us. They look like cheaply made model images. Moreover, costs will occur to send messages. Those messages will only reach an operator and a fake profile.  A date is impossible with a fictitious person.

They want you to start writing letters at 10 credits to read and write. Then send you videos to watch at 50 credits each. Total scam operation.

This site is the biggest ripoff in the whole world. I thought I had met someone special and I sent flowers and a English course si that she could use to start the learning process. We communicated and I bought a beautiful Tory Burch Handbag and then of course she needed money in order to replace the documents that were all stolen from her apartment so I bought her a laptop which she said she sold it immediately for $200 more than I paid for it. Then the war started and she begged me for a piece of jewlery that she was going to sell to the jewler in the middle of a war so that she and her daughter could escape and go to the neighboring country of Kazakstan and come to me in the United States. I said not in a million years but after 30 to 60 days I went back toi the site and she informed me that her and her daughter were in a bunker and fearing for their lives. Like and idiot I purchased this piece of jewlery and they started out in a bus to Kazakstan and wouldn’t you know it that when they got to the border to cross her daughter was so sick they wouldn’t let her cross into the country from Ukraine but a couple months later there she was back on this site and everytime I reached out to ask what happened and what was going on she would sign off. Stay away. As a matter of fact, run and run fast. If you look at the profiles every single woman has a masters degree. Right!!!!!!!!

We tried it. Fake photos stolen from social networks. Fictitious profiles, created videos to catch you and get money from you.

A clue to the “scam” factor is that Google Pay does nor work and the others require bank card details which I avoided. There is also not PayPal method of payment available. So buying credit is only possible by full Visa Card details. Don’t do it.
