We decided to investigate further by creating a simple test profile and reading the Terms and Conditions thoroughly.

All notices, requests, demands and other communications that You may send to Ruby Bell Limited under these Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, telecopied (with confirmation), mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested) or delivered by an express courier (with confirmation).

Dangerous subscription

You cannot access the most interesting features on this platform, without a paid membership. Regarding this subscription, we found some sketchy terms. These make us think it will be extremely difficult to cancel, once you realize the service does not deliver, as promised. This is a typical tactic used by scam operators. In this case, they do accept any cancellations, unless they are written on paper, personally delivered, faxed, or delivered via old-school post, or courier.

They also require a confirmation receipt, in most cases. So, a simple e-mail will not be accepted. Therefore, cancelling your membership becomes quite an operation. Meanwhile, they will continue charging you, for as long as possible.
