Report for SecretBenefits.com review

The online dating portal SecretBenefits.com seems to be a good choice to find a match in the UK. But we checked the reputation of the platform on the internet. There we found many negative reports about the site. Former customers complain about a fake chat scam and that it is not possible to find one real person for a date here.

The members´ pool seems to be filled with fake profiles. A fake profile shows a fictional person with whom a date is not possible. Of course, a date is exactly what a customer of the site wants. Additionally, the website will charge money for credits and a subscription. The operator of the site is Basef LTD which is located in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Details on the SecretBenefits.com review

SecretBenefits.com looks like a solid and trustworthy choice. On the landing page we see the image of a young woman. There is also the information, that this site is the place where millions of attractive people meet. That sounds very promising because registration on the online dating website is free. On the homepage we did not find any statement about charges which occur later.

So, we could assume that the use of the site is free as well. The website has a modern design, but there is not much information provided. However, registration is free and the process to create a profile is done in a few minutes. So, it is easy to join the website and to enjoy nice conversations with other members of the site.

Misleading information on the landing page

The offer of the online dating website SecretBenefits.com sounds good. But we did some research on the internet and found out that the advertisement is misleading. For example, registration on the site is free but not the use of the chatroom. Costs will occur for credits which are needed to send messages. A user must pay money for credits which are needed to send messages.

Plus, a subscription will be offered for a premium-membership. In the terms and conditions, it is mentioned that a subscription can be terminated at any time. There is no deadline mentioned, which gives us the impression that the site is not a cheeky subscription scam.

The use of this website and service is intended for your entertainment only. We’re not responsible for any behavior or results you achieve by following any advice found through this website.

A members´ pool filled with fake profiles

We read in the terms and conditions which seems to be the proof of a fake chat. The operator mentions that this site is for entertainment only. An entertainment purpose is a synonym often used for a fake chat. However, the operator of the site does not mention fictional profiles in the terms and conditions. But we found many reviews from former customers which describe the fake chat very well.

Right after the registration, a new member will receive many messages from other profiles. Those messages entice the user to get a premium-membership and to buy credits. A fake profile is controlled by a fake operator who tries to generate as many messages as possible. According to the information that we found a fake operator will not identify as a fictional person, with whom a date in real life is impossible.

The operator behind the scam

We did some further research on the internet. The operator Basef LTD which is located in Nicosia, Cyprus of the site especially seems to be untrustworthy. The name of the company is provided in the terms and conditions, but only as an image. So, it is not possible to copy and paste information about the operator. During our research it turned out that both the site and the company behind it, have got a poor reputation.

The conclusion from our SecretBenefits.com review

The dating website SecretBenefits.com is a scam with a fake chat. According to the information that we have, the members´ pool is filled with fake profiles. It is not possible to find one real person on this site. All profiles are a fake and are managed by fake operators. They will get in touch with a new member and entice them to spend money. However, it seems to be impossible to realize a meeting via this site.
