Former users complained about their experience on this company’s platforms and falling for their scams. During our review of Pukbo.com, we had to identify these scams by finding proof of a fake chat service as well as a subscription rip-off.

Pukbo.com presents itself as an all-new dating site currently featuring one of the fastest-growing online dating and chat communities. Supposedly, according to the site, if you are looking for a long-lasting relationship or a quick fling, it is a concrete place for finding a perfect match instantly. It also claims that security and data protection as its top priorities. The platform emphasizes on its main page that they have transparency for all its features.

However, as it turns out, chat moderators send out messages to new users through the use of fake profiles. We need to emphasize that these moderators are not genuine users, so a real-life meeting is not possible. To access all the features, users must first become a member through free registration in which some personal information is requested as well as the user’s tastes. The free registration process is completed by providing an email. In response to providing an email, users will receive offers and promotions via email.

Once we had gained access to Pukbo.com, we realized that it would be difficult to engage users in online chats. We found that there were only a small number of registered users and that we couldn’t write to them unless we purchased credits. Free registration is useless, for without buying credits, users can’t fully experience the site. Although the profiles we saw seemed real at first, some of the things we saw immediately made us suspicious of the site and that it contained chat moderators.

Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.

These fake profiles are operated by chat moderators, which trick users into believing they are building connections and therefore making them spend money on the platform. This company manages several other platforms and has built up a reputation for operating scams and rip-offs.

When conducting our review of Pukbo.com we found clear proof of a fake chat scam, as well as a high probability of a subscription rip-off. A connection cannot be established without paying and the chats will be with fake profiles and moderators. We cannot consider the payments to be safe since users are subject to price changes. Also, due to the bad reputation of the company, it is not clear if cancelling the subscription will be possible without issues. The real offer of the platform is a fantasy chat and not a dating experience.
