Apparently, PlayfulDate.com is a platform that suits anyone who is looking for a relationship online. This site caters to all users, whether they are looking for dates, fun, or true love. All users have to do is upload their photos, send free messages, and browse other members. Chances are, they will find someone with whom they are compatible. There are even testimonials on the landing page. We reviewed this platform to determine if it is a scam. Our outcome showed that this site claims to offer free registration, yet users face technical issues while signing up.

The operator, Playful Date, subjects’ users to Italian law, and there is little information about the site’s operator and location. By going through their Terms and Conditions, we realized that the operator reserves the right to create “staff profiles.” In our experience, such profiles are mostly fake chat moderators. So, this site is a fake chat. They scam and rip off unsuspecting users by enticing them to pay for chat “credits” and engage with profiles they will never meet. Avoid this platform; it is a waste of time and money.

From their landing page, PlayfulDate.com looks like a website for connecting people who are looking for a real love experience. PlayfulDate.com is a subscription service which renews automatically, until the user cancels. Therefore, users who have subscribed to the service and forgot to cancel, will likely encounter recurring charges. The platform does not issue notifications of this pending renewal before the due date. As a result, unsuspecting members may accrue hefty fees in the long term.

Zero dispute resolution

In our experience, some sites offer to mediate disputes between users. These disputes may result from cultural and personal differences, which do not violate the Terms and Conditions.
