The dating platform MeetXpress.com presents itself with a picture of a young girl, smiling. All we can read on the landing page is a catchy slogan which states that you need to be here. We do not know why anyone would even consider signing up for this website, since no additional information is provided. Nonetheless, we decided to create a profile, and test the service, to find out whether it is a rip-off or a legit dating portal.

It turns out that MeetXpress.com is a scam with a fake chat. The member’s area contains fantasy profiles which do not belong to any real user. Some of them are controlled by fake chat operators, while others are managed by a computer program. In either case, it is impossible to establish any physical contact. MeetXpress.com is operated by Glondon LTD. This company is registered in Nicosia, in Cyprus.

As we have already explained at the beginning of our review, MeetXpress.com does not provide any good reason to register. From the domain name, we assume that this is a platform where users can expect to quickly find someone to meet in real life. Unfortunately, we will prove that your chances of arranging an exciting date, are limited at best.

Registration is quick, easy, and free. All you need to set up your profile is a username, a password, and a valid email address. Moreover, you will be asked for your gender and age. Be careful because, at some point, you will be required to provide a phone number. This step is not mandatory and we recommend you skip it. We suspect that if you hand it out, you may be signing up for a paid SMS service.

The member’s area

After registration, you can browse all the profiles in the member’s area. The search functions are quite intuitive and do not present any problems, even for people without experience in the online dating industry. The free basic membership has strong limitations. Basically, you can only see other members’ profiles, but you cannot communicate with them.

To send messages, you need a subscription. We do not trust spending any money on a platform like MeetXpress.com. We already know the site’s operator, which is Glondon LTD. Our previous experiences with this company from Nicosia, in Cyprus, are quite negative. Moreover, no amount of money will give you the chance to arrange a real meeting.

MeetXpress.com implements a program defined as ‘Fantasy Flirts’. Basically, it means that the company creates fake profiles, to lure members into purchasing the paid subscription. We know, from experience, that these profiles look exactly like real ones. Therefore, users could easily delude themselves into thinking that they are chatting with a genuine member, who is  looking for a hot date. Because of this scam, many people end up spending money, without even knowing that they have no chance of meeting anybody.

We cannot recommend you sign up for MeetXpress.com, or any other website run by this untrustworthy operator. Our review has demonstrated that this company takes advantage of fictional profiles. They entice members with fake messages, which will never lead to any physical encounter. These accounts cannot be distinguished from genuine ones, if there are any. Nobody can be trusted on this platform. Ultimately, MeetXpress.com is a rip-off with a fake chat.
