Report for MatureDates.com review

At first sight, the online dating platform MatureDates.com looks very professional and trustworthy. The website offers free registration and promises to be a good place to find singles over 30, who are looking for dates, relationships, and love. However, after we read the terms and conditions of the site and do some research on the internet, MatureDates.com turns out to be a rip-off. According to several user reviews, the chat is packed with fake profiles. Furthermore, the memberships offered can easily lead to subscription traps.

The operator of MatureDates.com is well-known for its scams. The Perfect Match LTD, which is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, runs several online dating platforms that are known to be rip-offs. Therefore, we do not recommend anyone to register on MatureDates.com, or any other website operated by this company.

Details on the MatureDates.com review

Our first impression of the online dating platform MatureDates.com is extremely positive. The landing page advertises with free registration. They promise that the portal is a perfect place to find singles over 30, who are looking for matching partners for dates, relationships, and love. We do some research on the internet and read the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we find out that MatureDates.com is a rip-off and should be avoided.

Memberships and subscription traps

After the free registration, the website is rather useless. All interesting features, including the chat, are only accessible for paying members. On MatureDates.com, there are several options to choose from. Users can either become subscribers, or they can purchase credits, which can be exchanged for some activities on the site. There are different Elite-memberships, VIP-memberships and an attractively priced 3-day trial-membership. But as we learn from the terms and conditions, the trial-membership can easily lead into a subscription trap.

If not cancelled before the third day, it automatically converts into an expensive 1-month Elite-membership. Furthermore, we find several bad reports by former customers on the internet. Many of them complain that it is almost impossible to cancel any of the subscriptions. Apparently, the customer service is extremely poor, and all cancellation requests are generally ignored. Many users even seek legal advice to get out of the contracts.

Fake members and infamous operator

Many former customers claim that there are no real people to be found in the chat. All members seem to be fake and all messages seem to be either created by bots, or by fake operators. Thus, the chances of finding someone for a date are basically zero. The operator of MatureDates.com is already well-known for its rip-offs. The Perfect Match LTD is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and runs several scam dating websites with fake chats and subscription traps.

The conclusion from our MatureDates.com review

The online dating platform MatureDates.com looks like a great offer at first sight. But unfortunately, it is not recommended to register here. Many negative reports about the site and its operator can be found on the internet. The website appears to be a rip-off with a fake chat, and the paid memberships turn out to be costly subscription traps.

I also wish I’d come across your reviews sooner. I’ve been convinced for a while that the profiles are fake, and responses come from bots or employees, but only now decided to do some research. My experience is exactly the same as others. The messages string you along, claiming that they want to meet, but always backing out when pushed.

I wholeheartedly agree with the review. The site is a complete scam and will not refund money due to the fine print in the terms and conditions that is available only after paying exorbitant prices for the simple ability to text women.

I was cautious in joining. I did not join. I had trust issues with foreign dating sites. I Had many issues with this site. I did not send Credit Card information. So many very young females contacted me. I saw one local lady had 220V outlets on her wall. After 21 days they locked my account. I was being forced to join. Problem is I did not remove my account. The women use words we do not in North America. I did not recognize any of the females as local. It is a scam site. I was told by the police. “If it is too good to be true. Than most likely it is”

Once you’ve been through a few of these sites, with NO resulting contact, you quickly spot the identical font style, presentation and identical “members” (employees). At first, I gullible thought “how can these women afford to be on ALL of these different sites and apps?”, but soon worked it out. My card got “fraud-flagged” more than once after using these sites after JUST having joined them. Mature Dates is the same company, “users” and scam as Friends with Benefits (and doubtless others). As bad
as the notorious i-dates and others. I suppose you really DO have to pay through the nose for ones like xxx etc to be confident of NOT getting caught up in the deception, which can be enticing and addictive. At 50yrs old, I suppose I should have been more suspicious that beautiful girls who were MUCH younger than me immediately sought me out, with immediately offered sexual encounters and
declarations of love, but who quickly retreated into claims of “I need to be SURE about you, one guy stalked me pretty badly after I met him on here!” and who NEVER want to ACTUALLY meet you, but hey! No fool like an old fool, eh? I’d get your bank card/details changed, or close your account then open a new one if you’ve had ANY involvement with these sites. Caused me all kinds of problems. FWB too, same company, fake profiles and scam. AVOID at ALL costs!!

Definitely a scam.as a previous person states the operators of the profile are good at trying to keep you engaged and chatting but when it vomes to meeting they keep putting it off stating they want to get to know you better first. Also the site does not allow you to exchange any contact details such as phone, email etc. When you get low on credit you then get messaged by new profiles that match whst you have been looking for. It is addictive designed to keep you spending money on buying credits needed to send messages.

  7. John Williams 11th October 2022 at 2:36 pm - Reply

The credit buying system works out at £1.25 a message and is highly addictive. Spending £25 a day is easy.
Assuming many of the people are fakes, they are amazing con artists. They know how to push peoples buttons , have very convincing personal stories. If to try to engage them off the site or meet they string you along to the last minute and duck out.
    Very creul con

They are fairly well organised in scamming you I know I was really taken in by this mob
But they fall down when you try to organise a meeting with ur date
Stay well away from this site

Site profiles look good and initial chatting is OK, when try to exchange details your number is replaced by ***’ and they string you along, not mentioning the idea of meeting up that you asked about in the last message you sent, and another thing is they take hours to reply and then only reply back with a few sentences.. Annoying
