Report for MatchSeeker.net review

MatchSeeker.net is an online dating website operated by ECHTY.COM in Breda, Netherlands. The site purports to help adults in finding sex, flirts, and dates among thousands of hot singles. It’s mainly for chat conversations, and signing up is free. To view every user’s photo, users must register for their premium services. In other words, a free account is pretty worthless. Users are required to pay a fee to access the platform’s essential features. Mostly, such sites are scams.

We had to register on this platform to determine if all their claims were genuine. Sadly, we couldn’t get much info from using our free account. So, we had to buy virtual credits to send and receive texts, which proved insufficient. As is always the case, most sites that use virtual credits are fake. However, to be certain, we also reviewed the Terms & Conditions section. Our results showed that this website uses “Matchys,” or ‘fake chat’ operators for a fake chat scam.

Details on the MatchSeeker.net review

MatchSeeker.net is a scam. There are a lot of false claims on their landing page. It says that users can sign up for free and are assured of new contacts. Yet, sending texts requires credit, which is very costly. This site claims members can find the perfect match among thousands of hot singles. However, our in-depth review revealed that this site is full of fake profiles, and physical arrangements are impossible. They use “Matchys” that are limited to engaging in chat conversations with users. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money on this platform.

Fake profiles “Matchy”

The website admits to using fictitious profiles to improve users’ experience. They’re referred to as “Matchy,” and the main task they have is to ensure extensive online chat conversations on the platform. So, before creating an account, be aware that you’ll be chatting with a fake profile. Users on this platform find it difficult to notice these red flags because most information is hidden. They’re highlighted in the Terms of Use section, while some are written with small prints on their landing page. Plus, “Matchy” sends texts and photos, making it hard for members to recognize that it’s a scam.

Despite MatchSeeker.net’s assertion that users can identify Matchys by their logo, most profiles are likely fake. This is just a way of hiding the reality and giving users hope that they can find real profiles. They even state that setting up a real-life meeting with these fake profiles is impossible. ECHTY.COM, a Breda, Netherlands-based service provider, is only concerned with making profits at the expense of users on the platform.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 14/12/2023)

The user should take that into account ECHTY.COM offers chats fictitious member profiles (called Matchys) on its website. The user was informed about this when he first visited the website. The Matchys can have fictional conversations, role play or have other fictional communication with the user and other users of the website. Matchys are deployed to stimulate interactions within the website and have conversations with users.

A rip-off virtual currency

MatchSeeker.net free accounts make users less active. They’re encouraged to purchase credit packages. That’s the only way to send or receive texts, gifts, and photos. In short, you exchange key account features with credit in different packages. For example, premium users pay £24.99 for 100 credits but only use that amount for roughly £2.50 per text message. This is definitely a rip-off, given that users flirt with ‘fake chat’ operators.

The conclusion from our MatchSeeker.net review

MatchSeeker.net is a scam and a rip-off. There are no hot singles on this website; there are only fictitious profiles that aim to ensure extensive interaction. Our review reveals that this platform is not free as they claim. To send or receive texts, users must be a premium member. They must buy credits, which are excessively expensive for the services provided on the website. This portal is not a place to find a memorable romantic experience but a place for misfortune.
