Report for Love2Meet.com review

Love2Meet.com looks like a reputable dating website on the first view. But it turns out that this website should be avoided. We did some research and read the terms and conditions. There we found a few hints that this portal might be a subscription trap and a fake chat. More, some former customers speak of a cheeky scam.

The portal is operated by the Venntro Media Group LTD. We reported already a few times about this company that has a bad reputation on the net. It advertises with wrong and misleading information. After the free registration, a user will need to pay for money. Plus the operator receives a lot of critics because of leaking data protection.

Details on the Love2Meet.com review

Love2Meet.com may look good on the first impression. But it would be best if you never judged a book by its cover. The registration is for free and but much more details about the service and costs are missing. So we did some research plus we read the terms and conditions.

We started our research with the operator of Love2Meet.com. We know the company that runs the website. Venntro Media Group LTD runs more than 3.000 platforms, and we reported already a high number of them. We and other sources are sure that this company has leaking data protection. It is mentioned on the bottom of Love2Meet.com that your profile will be shared on the other platform of the network. That means, if you make the registration on one website of the operator, your profile plus all personal information will also be shown on every other website.

Membership will extend automatically

We also found a lot of reviews about the company that mentions a rip off with a fake chat. Some former customers complain about a moderated chat and fake profiles. We read the terms and conditions and found the following term: “The Site is an entertainment service.” That can stand for a fake chat, but that is not clear evidence.

So we assume that many users had the impression that this portal uses fake operator to entice the user to a buy a subscription and stay on the site. The company is located in Slough, in the UK and also get a few critics for a subscription trap. We read in the terms and conditions that the paid membership will extend automatically if you don’t cancel it in time. That is not a rip off as many portals use automatic renewal. But as this operator seems very untrustworthy to us, the chances of getting trapped are quite high.

The conclusion from our Love2Meet.com review

The online dating platform Love2Meet.com seems to be a good choice on the first view. But it turns out that this website is part of a huge network. The operator of the network gets a lot of critics for leaking data protection as it shares private user information on more than 3.000 of its sites. Plus former customers complain about a scam with a fake chat and a subscription trap.

    Love2Meet
I have been scammed on this website. I have now got the police and a Forensic investigator involved. I have been on the site checking to see if this person has re-registered and he has. I have asked that he be deleted on all 4 occasions and I see that he is still on the site as they have not removed him after I have reported him twice.
He has now using different names and locations to hide, but I will never forget the face of the pictures that they have stolen to use.
Be very careful, do not start whatsapp conversations with anyone until such time has you have met this person.
Date my Age, Dating.com. your travel mate and a few others are also just set up to scam you
