The online dating site Just-Us2.com looks reliable at first glance. At least, that’s what the modern and well-designed landing page suggested. Unfortunately, a close reading of the TOS revealed that the site is actually hiding a fake chat rip-off. The company employs chat operators who create and manage fake profiles to inveigle users into spending money. As a result, the chances of getting real dates on this site are non-existent.

The company behind this site is Meet Us Media LTD, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. They are known for running other sites that promote the same kind of scams. In the past, we have tested several other similar sites run by the same dating service. Each time, our experience has been negative and our review has uncovered the same type of scam operation. We also found negative comments online from former users complaining about spending a lot of money in vain.

The landing page of Just-Us2.com is modern and well designed. It provides some relevant information on how the platform works. As usual in our reviews, we decided to examine the website with a thorough test. This was done in order to determine whether or not the services offered were in line with what the site advertised. Furthermore, we carefully read the TOS.

It is actually the same scam that they run on their various platforms.

Fake profiles

Just-Us2.com’s terms and conditions state that the site’s operators create “system profiles,” managed by company contractors to interact with users. From our experience, these profiles are indistinguishable from others, so users cannot know that they are chatting with operators behind fictitious profiles. It is also worth noting that dates are “strictly prohibited”. The scam is therefore obvious.

The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.

Beware of the coin system

In order to interact with other members, users must purchase packs of “Coins”. While the price of a single coin seems relatively cheap, it should be borne in mind that a single message costs 20 coins. Moreover, even if you spend a fortune, the conversations will remain sterile: your interlocutor’s goal is certainly not to initiate a date, but to keep you on the chat as long as possible to increase the company’s profits.

Unfortunately, it was very easy for us to find pages and pages of comments from love-starved users who had fallen for this cheeky trick. We can’t recommend enough to exercise a modicum of critical thinking when using such sites, and to take the trouble to read the terms of use before pulling out the credit card.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to expect from Just-Us2.com. We know the site’s dating service from the many online scams they perpetrate. The names of the websites may differ, but the trick is always the same. This company relies on contractors and computer-generated messages to lure users into buying overpriced coins via a fake chat. There are no dates to look forward to here, but only money to lose. We therefore strongly advise against registering on this website.
