Report for IrishTemptation.com review
Are you looking for a one-night stand with a hot Irish girl? Apparently, there is a site for that, called IrishTemptation.com. Easy to remember, right? Unfortunately, when it is too easy, it might well be fishy. First, in our experience, the landing page reeks of a scam. The question is whether it is a rip-off at all. To find out, we first sought out the identity of the site’s operator. The Terms and Conditions state that IrishTemptation.com is operated by Notify Direct Marketing BV, a company based in Krimpen aan den IJssel, in the Netherlands.
This is not good news. We have already tested many of this company’s sites, which have all turned out to be scams of the same kind. Users must buy “credits” for sending chat messages to other members. But the site’s members’ area is full of fake profiles, which are created and managed by professional fake chat operators. As the “members” are fictitious, it is simply impossible to meet them offline. Users are deliberately tricked into long and utterly pointless chat conversations, for the sole purpose of raising the site’s profits.

Details on the IrishTemptation.com review
When we reached the landing page of IrishTemptation.com, we wondered in what alternate reality a young Irish woman would say to herself one fine morning. “Well, I am Irish and on top of that, I am a redhead, I am going to register on IrishTemptation.com!?” We deplore the increasing number of scams on online dating sites, but we must admit that it might sometimes feel too easy for scoundrel companies to find people to rip off.
The site advertises an easy-to-use interface, many members, and all the tools needed for a successful online dating experience. Registration is free, quick and easy. All it took was a careful reading of the Terms and Conditions, to realize that all the information presented on the landing page, was just smoke and mirrors. Users are not able to have a genuine fling, let alone a real date.
Excerpt from the GTC (as of 02/11/2022)
5.1 irishtemptation.com is the platform for users to chat with fictive profiles. The website, service and content are being provided for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to be used for establishing meetings with other users. Profiles marked with a heart icon are fictive profiles with which physical contact is not possible.
Fake profiles
As stated in the Terms and Conditions, all the profiles are fake. They have no other purpose other than to “entertain” users, and to encourage them to use the paid services. The operator tries to legitimatize the presence of fake profiles, by saying that they can be identified by a heart-shaped icon. But how would someone who has not read the terms know, that a heart icon means that the person they are chatting with, is not who they say they are? They will only find out that dates are impossible after vainly spending ridiculous amounts of money.
Costly entertainment
Indeed, to use the chat feature, users must first purchase “credits”, which can then be exchanged for sending messages on the paid chat. Each message sent is charged separately, so, users can quickly end up spending a small fortune on IrishTemptation.com. Our review shows that chatting here can never lead to an actual date in real life. In the Terms and Conditions, we read that the members’ area contains “fictive profiles” with which physical contact is not possible. IrishTemptation.com is operated by Notify Direct Marketing BV. This company is in Krimpen aan den IJssel, in the Netherlands.
The conclusion from our IrishTemptation.com review
Our review shows that IrishTemptation.com is a blatant fake chat rip-off. The operator is known to create fake profiles to interact with users, to get them to buy expensive “credits”. These fake profiles should be marked, but this not always the case. Even if they are, users remain unaware that they are chatting with fictitious people. So, users are tricked into spending a lot of money on entirely pointless chat conversations.
