Report for GoldenBride.net review

GoldenBride.net presents itself as an international dating service that caters to men looking for a wife among a selection of gorgeous Slavic women. The platform is managed by Global Clarity Holdings LLP, a company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Our research revealed that the portal hosts fake profiles that persuade users to pay to communicate with them. Even though the company doesn’t explicitly mention a rip-off in the Terms and Conditions, it quickly became apparent to us that there was one.

The landing page showcases many beautiful ladies who are supposedly potential wives in search of a suitor. They are all extremely attractive. Even though Ukrainian and Russian women are known for their beauty, the depiction that was displayed by the site was greatly exaggerated and not very credible. The landing site informs the benefits of marrying an Eastern European woman and gives a few tips on protecting ourselves from potential scams. That was quite ironic since the portal clearly uses a fake chat service that operates through automatic messaging.

Details on the GoldenBride.net review

GoldenBride.net may seem like a good alternative for men looking for an Eastern European wife, but it has a cheeky rip-off. Global Clarity Holdings LLP, a Belfast-based company, is behind it. The landing site features a happy couple and many photos of alleged members. Every single one of them looked way too perfect.

Automatic messages

For this review, we created a profile to evaluate the dating site. As usual, our account was pretty much empty. According to our experience, this is a helpful method to uncover potential fake profiles. Common sense tells us that our plain account should be ignored by anyone seriously looking for a partner. However, we were overwhelmed by an outrageous number of messages. There was no doubt that these were fake. Many of them praised our appearance despite us not even having a profile picture to go along with our profile.

If we had put any effort into creating an exciting profile, it would have been easier to get fooled by these automatic messages. A gullible user may end up doing anything to continue the conversation. The problem is that we can’t talk to anyone at all unless we pay for it. We can’t even write to these obvious fake profiles. Since the users aren’t properly informed about the fake chat service, we consider the website to be a blatant rip-off. This will be a hard pill to swallow for the men dreaming of a Russian wife.

Fabricated positive experiences

On the other hand, we found quite a few positive reviews online. This came as a surprise considering that the profiles obviously belonged to fictitious characters. We only found a couple of negative comments that shared the same opinion as us. The positive posts were clearly created by people who are somehow connected with the operator.

The company makes a lot of money thanks to this scam, so they want to make sure they can keep milking the cow. Their business model has been designed to make the user pay for every single message sent. This is a very expensive system for the customer, but juicy and profitable for the operator.

The conclusion from our GoldenBride.net review

GoldenBride.net is a dating rip-off by Global Clarity Holdings LLP, from Belfast, Northern Ireland. It operates within the ‘Eastern European wife’ niche. Even though nothing is mentioned in the Terms of Use, it is obvious that these ladies are not looking for a husband at all. The portal pretends to have a wonderful selection of women, but none of them are real. They send phony and seductive messages to other profiles, faking their interest in marriage.
