The website Face-Pic.com offers completely free online dating. Furthermore, they claim that their content has been tailored through their unique matching algorithm, driven by artificial intelligence. The promise of the perfect dating matches could make any potential customer highly interested. Unfortunately, the use of a moderated chat on the website makes us think that this platform may be a rip-off.

For our review, we read the terms and conditions carefully. The use of fake profiles managed by fake chat operators seems obvious. Furthermore, the page is managed by Symbios Solutions LTD, from Segensworth East, UK. We already have experience with this company. There are reviews on the internet complaining that this company runs different websites, which are all scams.

Face-Pic.com has an attractive landing page. They inform you about all the features of the site, including their groups, instant message system and much more.  They also claim to be safe and secure. Furthermore, they display a map of the UK showing the large number of online members which users will find in each region.

Moderated chat

The use of a moderated chat is mentioned on the landing page as well as in the terms and conditions. The use of these moderators is, according to our experience, a sign of fake profiles managed by fake chat operators. Unfortunately, we could not prove the use of a fake chat and fake chat operators, further to what the company mentions in their terms of conditions. However, according to reviews by former users about other websites managed by the same company, this is very possible.

We did not find any reviews about this specific website. Nevertheless, on the internet we found many complaints about the company, Symbios Solutions LTD, saying that the company is a scammer. These reviews mention recurrent charges by the company, which have not been authorized by the users. Our experience with this company is that they operate different platforms. All of them a rip-off. We strongly suggest staying away from this company and any of their online dating websites.

The website Face-Pic.com promises that their advanced technology will help you find the perfect match in no time. But this may not be as easy as they promise. The use of moderators normally implies the existence of fake profiles. And absolutely nobody wants to pay money to chat with a fake chat operator.
