At first glance, Dating-Dynasty.com seemed like a reliable dating site. The landing page is modern and well-designed, yet it doesn’t provide any kind of information about its services. From our experience with dating websites, this kind of thing is never a good sign. After conducting a close reading of the TOS, we discovered that the site is a rip-off with a fake chat service. The company has moderators who create and manage fake profiles that lure users into spending money on a fake chat. As a result, the chances of finding a real date on this site are virtually non-existent.

The company behind this site is Meet Us Media LTD, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. They are known for running other sites that operate the same kind of scams. In the past, we had tested several other sites run by this same company. Their dating sites are quite similar to each other. Each time we use one of their sites, we are left with a terrible experience. All our reviews about them have uncovered the same type of scam on all their sites.

Fake profiles

In its terms of service, Dating-Dynasty.com clearly stated that the company creates “system profiles” that are managed by company contractors for interacting with users. Speaking from experience, these profiles are indistinguishable from genuine profiles, so users will not be aware when they are conversing with chat operators who are hiding behind fictitious profiles. It is also worth noting that physical interaction with the individuals behind these profiles is “strictly prohibited” according to the TOS. The whole experience is an expensive joke and a blatant scam.

The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing “Coins” gets you ripped-off

Like similar scam sites, registration is free, but the services come at a cost. Here, users must buy “coins” to communicate with other members. While the price of a single coin may seem affordable, it’s not. Every single message cost 20 coins, hence the most mundane conversation can quickly become outrageously expensive. Since most profiles are fake, a real-life date is out of the question. A fake profile’s goal is to keep users on the chat for as long as possible without letting them know they are talking to a fake person. This is done to increase the company’s profits.

During our research, we soon discovered that a lot of former users had fallen for the scam. Judging by the number of ill comments left by users of old we can clearly say that many people lost money in this rip-off. We can’t stress enough how vital it is for users to think critically when using such a site. Take the time to read the terms of use before pulling out your credit card.

This company relies on contractors and computer-generated messages to lure users into buying overpriced coins.
