The website is managed by ONMOBILE KFT, who are based in Budapest, in Hungary. We have written about this company in the past, and the experience was disappointing, as it also turned out to be a rip-off. Therefore, we investigated whether this organization has changed its course, or if they are still operating with the same dubious ethics. The landing page shows several young couples, and presents some of the portal’s features. However, we see little information about the price structure.

For this review, we created a minimalistic profile, and read the Terms of Use thoroughly. We also based our conclusions on the experiences described by former users. It soon became obvious that the platform contains a fake chat, full of fictitious profiles. We have no definitive evidence that the subscription could be difficult to cancel when it comes down to it, but we have some reasonable suspicions. Many similar scams work this way, and we consider the cancellation terms to be ambiguous enough to cause some problems.

Fake profiles

Registration is free, but there is not much you can do here, if you do not pay for the services. To chat with other users, it is necessary to purchase a paid subscription. Shortly after entering the members’ area, we started receiving messages from other members. This was rather surprising, since our test profile is empty. We would have been completely ignored in any authentic setting. This is usually a clear sign that there are fake profiles on the website.

Our suspicions were confirmed when we read the Terms of Use. Here, ONMOBILE KFT explains that they create fantasy profiles, allegedly to optimize their services. They also claim that the profiles are easily identified, as they are labelled with a little, (c), or a star. This is not immediately noticeable to everyone, and despite our experience, it took us a while to find them. We finally saw the little star next to the profiles which reached out to us. If you had spent some time creating an attractive profile, it would be natural to think that their interest is genuine.

In this case, the fine print informs the user that it is possible to cancel, within the first 14 days after signing the agreement.

However, it also says that the user can waive their right to do so. It is so easy to fall into a trap like this without even realizing it. Furthermore, the platform also has an alternative income stream. A credit system without recurring payments, for those who prefer to pay per message. Anyway, neither the credits nor the membership are worth it. This portal is a scam where you will never be able to meet with any of those fantasy profiles which inhabit this useless chat.
