Report for CrushDate.me review

CrushDate.me does not offer a lot of information on the landing page. So, we did some research on the internet. Also, we checked the legal information of the portal. That brought us to the conclusion that this site is a cheeky scam. The profiles are fake and show fictional people. Also, fake chat operators control those fake profiles.

They will lure new members into a chat, for which costs will occur. A premium-membership is needed to use the chat function, and the membership will extend automatically. On the internet, we found reviews about a subscription rip off. Former users had the experience that the free trial membership which is offered is the actual trap. It will renew to an expensive full membership. The operator of the site is Loveland Inc, who are based in New York, USA.

Details on the CrushDate.me review

CrushDate.me offers free registration for women and men. That is the only useful information on the landing page. However, transparency is important to us. So, regarding that aspect, this website does not give a good first impression. Despite that, this website appears to be a legit online dating portal. We do not know how many active members this platform has.

But we read that we can find our next date here. So, the chances of finding a match must be good. Also, this website advertises with real meetings and does not mention anything about online “entertainment.” The operator of the site is Loveland Inc, who are based in New York, USA.

This website is for entertainment only

CrushDate.me offers a free registration. That is the only information on the landing page. Further details about the platform are not mentioned at all. According to our experience, that is not a good sign. Lack of transparency is a sign of an unreliable website. Our review shows that our impression is correct. This portal is a cheeky scam with a fake chat and a subscription trap. The profiles in the members´ pool are fake and controlled by fake chat operators. A fake profile shows a fictional person with whom a date is impossible.

This website advertises with real dates. On the landing page, we read that we can find our next date here. In the end, that piece of information is not true. It is misleading advertising. Also, the free registration is a misleading piece of information. After the registration, costs will occur. Users will pay to be entertained. Fake chat operators control the fake profiles of the site and communicate with users. But users do not know about moderation. That makes this website a fake chat and a rip-off. Also, fake profiles are not specially marked.

You also agree and acknowledge that the descriptions, images, and other material in these profiles are included primarily to entertain and assist you in understanding how the Service works. These profiles will initiate contact and send virtual gifts, as well as display your profile and send winks.

The subscription is a cheeky trap

In the legal information, we found the purpose of the moderation. The operator claims that the fake profiles are controlled by fake chat operators for the “entertainment” of users. In fact, fake chat operators animate new members into a chat, for which costs will occur. According to the terms and conditions, a free membership will be granted. However, the user must accept that offer. In the end, that is the trap. The free trial membership will extend to an expensive premium-membership, as mentioned in reviews online.

On the internet, we found some negative reviews about the site. Former users complain about a fake chat and a subscription trap. According to their experience, fake chat operators will take the first step in a conversation. But they will not mention anything about moderation. Users do not know about the fake chat. So, they will pay the subscription to have a chat. They purchase a premium-membership right away, which is useless. Or they accept the trial membership, which will extend to a premium-membership later. That is how the rip-off works on this website.

The conclusion from our CrushDate.me review

CrushDate.me is a scam with a fake chat and a subscription trap. The profiles on the site are fake and controlled by fake chat operators. They will entertain the users of the site. Entertainment is a common synonym for moderation. Also, costs will occur for a premium-membership that will extend automatically. It turns out to be a trap. A user will never meet a real person or have a good experience with this site.

Crushdate.me is definitely a scam/ripoff. They steal your money. I am trying to figure out how to cancel whatever membership I was tricked into but I can no longer find them.
