Report for BDSMSexContact.com review

BDSMSexContact.com is quite contradictory in its presentation. It certainly looks like a dating site for kinky people, but the introductory texts also mention finding a love story. In our experience, this is usually not a good sign. These small details tend to indicate a scam. It lines up with the fact that the website is part of emdv BV’s network. The company is based in Ter Aar, in the Netherlands, and it controls a variety of online dating rip-offs.

On the landing page, the site claims to have more than 300,000 members, which is very hard to believe. First of all, BDSM is a very particular niche. Second, the website is completely unknown. It is very difficult to reach such figures organically. After writing countless reviews about various dating sites, we know that having unrealistic expectations on an unpopular website normally points to a fake chat service.

Details on the BDSMSexContact.com review

edmv BV is a dubious company based in Ter Aar, in Holland. We have seen them grow a significant network of online dating rip-offs over the last few years. The results of our reviews about them are consistently underwhelming. Sometimes they design a website based around a particular niche. That is the case with BDSMContact.com. We created a profile to properly evaluate the site and we examined the Terms of Use, so we could make a report based on our personal experience with this website.

Fake chat service

It came as no surprise to us that the profiles in the members’ area were fake. After completing the registration process, we received messages from other users within 1 second of logging in. It was really annoying because these messages arrived as pop-up notifications with sound. The sound was on by default, and it had to be manually turned off. These notifications were not very subtle and they kept on coming.

This whole farce made it easy for us to detect fictitious profiles. However, a lot of people were unaware of these rip-offs and may not connect two and two together. They could never imagine that such a scam would exist if they never experienced it. This makes them vulnerable to this trap. The tricks obviously work since there are countless similar schemes online. These shady companies clearly make a lot of money at the expense of innocent users.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 16/02/2024)

BDSMSexContact.com offers a chat service with the aim of flirting with fictitious profiles, whereby flirting is understood to mean the exchange of erotic chat messages for a fee of a certain amount per chat message. BDSMSexContact.com works with fictitious profiles and is not intended for establishing physical appointments.

User grants emdv BV a license (permission) to use the intellectual property rights in the content provided by provided to the User. In particular, this license includes the right of Emdv BV to duplicate, display, modify, translate, scan, use for publicity purposes, whether commercial or non-commercial, sublicense or transfer any content related to Profiles (information, photos, video footage, descriptions, search criteria, etc.).

Fee per message

If users choose to reply to the sultry messages, they need to pay beforehand. They can purchase packages; The smallest one allows users to send seven messages for 10 GBP, which could only provide some virtual entertainment. The chat feature wasn’t designed to facilitate any real-world dates. It’ll become incredibly expensive in no time. Apparently, chat operators hide behind these fake profiles and act as real users. They are experts at keeping the conversation going with genuine users. This is a typical rip-off tactic as we have seen before in the countless reviews we’ve done on other websites.

The conclusion from our BDSMSexContact.com review

BDSMSexContact.com is a dating scam targeting kinky lovers. It was developed by emdv BV in 2021. This Dutch operator tries to seduce people with BDSM fetishes to find their soulmate here. They promise that the website has an enormous selection of users. However, it is all just empty promises. There are no real members on BDSMSexContact.com. This was clearly stated in the Terms of Use, which most people fail to read.
