Report for aTrueLove.com review

aTrueLove.com defines itself as a serious matchmaker dating website. Their mission is to match hearts for dating, love, and marriage. This is not a place where you can search for casual sexual experiences. Only people who are looking for meaningful relationships are invited to join. According to what they promise on the landing page, each profile has been verified to confirm that it is real and genuine. We did some research, and we found out that this is not true.

aTrueLove.com is a scam with a fake chat. The platform is only intended for online “entertainment”. The member’s area contains fake profiles with whom no physical contact is possible. Moreover, to unlock the chat features, users must spend a lot of money. The site’s operator is A Foreign Affair, who are based in Phoenix, Arizona. We have already written other reviews to call them out for their rip-offs.

Details on the aTrueLove.com review

At first sight, aTrueLove.com seems to be a legit matchmaking platform. The professional look of the initial page tricks potential users into thinking that this is a safe choice. The absence of any erotic content reinforces this idea. aTrueLove.com guarantees that within hours of your registration, you will begin receiving interest from verified members, who are looking for committed loving relationships.

On the homepage, we read that this website has been featured in major media, such as the BBC or Discovery Channel. No further details are provided about this topic. We suspect that this is simply false advertising.

No actual dates

Since we already have some experience with A Foreign Affair, we immediately suspect that aTrueLove.com could be another fake chat scam. This company, which is based in Phoenix, Arizona, is responsible for a few other matchmaking websites, all of which look very similar to each other. One of the things that they all have in common, is that it is almost impossible to find a real date on any of these platforms.

In the Terms and Conditions, we read that aTrueLove.com is for entertainment purposes only. This is a nice way to phrase it, but the true meaning of this statement is that all you can expect from this portal, is a virtual experience, with fantasy profiles created by the company. That is why they also admit that they cannot guarantee that the profiles are genuine, or that the information provided is correct. This contradicts everything that is stated on the landing page, where aTrueLove.com ensures that each profile has been accurately verified.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 24/07/2023)

This service is intended for entertainment purposes only. The owners and or affiliates of this service make no guarantees or warranties of any kind with regards to the veracity of any of the information included in any of the profiles featured on the site, or any correspondence as a result of the use of this service.

Excessive costs

Creating a profile on aTrueLove.com is free of charge, but communicating with other members is not. Users must purchase a premium membership, which renews automatically. Moreover, they also must buy “credits.” These are used to pay separately for every message, or letter, that they send. Altogether, chatting with someone is extremely expensive and there is never a guarantee that the communication takes place with a real profile.

The conclusion from our aTrueLove.com review

aTrueLove.com is not a safe choice to meet your future bride. This platform is just a rip-off. Users end up spending a lot of money, without even knowing if the person they are talking to is real or not. The member’s area is full of fake profiles, which are identified separately in the system. The site’s operator is already known for other similar websites. We have already written other reviews to uncover the scams of this untrustworthy company.
