Report for AsiaTalks.com review

AsiaTalks.com initially appeared to be a dating service for men who are keen on meeting Asian women. However, when we took a closer look, we saw that the platform was marketed as a virtual entertainment service. The truth is that it is a fake chat service full of fictitious profiles. The organisation responsible for this phony dating portal is Orania LTD, which is from the British territory of Gibraltar. According to the Terms and Conditions, the organisation is permitted to create fake accounts and some of them may have possibly come from a third-party company.

At the end of the day, users should know that there is zero chance of arranging a real date with a genuine member from this platform. This website was not designed to provide that type of service at all, so users hoping for an Asian girlfriend will be deeply disappointed by the experience. In our opinion, this website is intentionally misleading visitors and is therefore a scam.

Details on the AsiaTalks.com review

Our review of AsiaTalks.com revealed that it is a sketchy fake chat scam with a rip-off. The operator, Orania LTD from Gibraltar, pretends to provide a serious dating service for men interested in Asian women. The landing page simply shows an image of a man with an unknown ethnicity who is smiling at his phone. The website almost looks like a typical dating app, although it is only available via a web browser. Creating a profile is completely free on AsiaTalks.com, but users will be charged if they want to use the chat feature.

No algorithm

The website comes across as a dating service, but there is no sign of an algorithm that could provide suitable matches. For our review, we created a temporary profile so that we could evaluate the platform. The only requirement was having to provide a working email address. Other than that, there was no compatibility questionnaire or anything that could get us closer to a relevant match.

Once inside the platform, there is no explicit content. However, there may be some adult material after gaining access to the paid feature. Sadly, since we did not register as a paying user, we didn’t get to find out for sure. This is something we can safely assume judging from the openly sexual messages we immediately received from supposed users. This experience is designed to make users excited to the point that they wouldn’t suspect a fake chat scam, so they end up paying for a phony membership that leads nowhere.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 24/02/2024)

For the avoidance of any doubts, AsiaTalks is an entertainment service offered for amusement purposes. You understand, acknowledge and agree that some profiles appearing on AsiaTalks may be created or operated by AsiaTalks or third-party contractors. The purpose of these types of profiles is to stimulate conversation with Users and encourage further and broader participation in all of AsiaTalks services. In addition, these types of profiles serve to sample User activities and communications to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Free credits

When users create a profile, the system rewards them with 20 credits, which is enough to send a few messages. Once they run out, users need to buy a new batch if we wish to continue the conversation. Credits can be bought in packages of 20, and they cost £2.99 at a 70% discount. When credits run out, the system may activate an auto-top-up feature. It is not clear if the site will charge users the discounted or the full £9.99 price when the auto-top-up feature kicks in.

After exploring the platform for a while, we were even more confused than we were at the beginning. The operator seems to purposefully make the website difficult for users to navigate. Therefore, we consider the services of this site to be a treacherous scam.

The conclusion from our AsiaTalks.com review

AsiaTalks.com is a rip-off dating service for men who are particularly fond of Asian women. The members’ area is full of fake profiles. These profiles were designed to have automatic messages sent out to greet new users. As admitted by the operator, the website obviously revolves around a fake chat service. Users can send a few messages at first before they need to start paying to continue flirting. The company behind this scam is Orania LTD, from Gibraltar.
