Report for SkinDeepLove.com review

At first sight, SkinDeepLove.com seems to be a trustworthy dating portal for 50+ singles. However, on closer inspection, this website turns out to be an expensive fake chat scam. Although signing up is free, using the site’s chat feature costs a lot of money. In fact, users must pay for every single message they send. This can quickly cause tremendous costs. Moreover, a paid membership subscription is needed, to get full access to all content. However, we strongly doubt that there are any real members to be found here.

According to the terms and conditions, the site uses an automated messenger system, so-called “chatbots”, to interact with users. So, the costly chat experience is completely pointless, and unlikely to lead to real-life dates. It is a rip-off. The operator of SkinDeepLove.com is Uniplus LTD, from Sofia, in Bulgaria. Although we did not find any complaints, or negative customer reviews about them, we doubt that they are a legitimate company.

Details on the SkinDeepLove.com review

SkinDeepLove.com appears to be a trustworthy, and legitimate, online dating website for senior singles. The landing page is professionally designed. Our first impression of the portal is positive. For this review, we decided to dig a little deeper, and created a free test account. Furthermore, we carefully studied the terms and conditions, and the privacy policies. We also searched the internet for user experiences, and reviews. Our research quickly revealed that SkinDeepLove.com cannot be recommended. In fact, it is just another fake chat scam.

High costs for meaningless fantasy chats

The free standard membership turns out to be useless. To gain access to all features and all member’s profiles, users are required to sign up for a paid membership subscription. Moreover, users must purchase so-called “points” to send messages in the chat. Since each sent chat message must be paid for separately, flirting can rapidly become extremely expensive. The paid subscriptions, also renew automatically, and may be difficult to cancel. Therefore, they could lead to a subscription trap.

After taking a closer look at the terms and conditions, we find out that the high costs for the site’s services are unjustified. The chances of meeting genuine singles and arranging actual dates, via SkinDeepLove.com, seem extremely low. The site uses an automated messenger system, so-called “chatbots”. Chatting with other “members” is, therefore, a pointless experience. As we see it, the members’ area is packed with fictional profiles.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 06/09/2022)

We provide online entertainment and social services through our websites and mobile applications enabling you to contact and engage in interaction with other users of our various sites and apps.

You may choose to send certain forms of automated messages to other users, which may vary from time to time and include but are not limited to autoreply messages (“Custom Messages”). These Custom Messages may be in the form of template messages with pre-composed text, or may be a custom message edited by the sending user.

Not trustworthy

In our experience, the term “online entertainment service” is often used to describe a fake chat scam. Moreover, so-called “Custom Messages” are usually used to give new users the impression that the website is full of active members, who are searching for new dating adventures. In fact, they are only used to lure users into the paid services, as quickly as possible. Overall, SkinDeepLove.com is obviously a rip-off.

SkinDeepLove.com is run by Uniplus LTD, who are based in Sofia, in Bulgaria.

The conclusion from our SkinDeepLove.com review

Our review shows that SkinDeepLove.com is not a good choice. This website is just a rip-off with a fake chat scam, and a potential subscription trap. The chances of meeting real singles here are extremely low, as the members’ area seems to mainly contain fake profiles. Also, the chat messages seem to be sent by an automated system. Since using this “entertainment service” is incredibly expensive, and unlikely to lead to real dates, we advise you to try your luck elsewhere.
