PlansCul.com is a dating site which offers the chance to meet people in your city. The very simple home page shows a couple. There is also the traditional big red button for the free registration. There is no indication about the number of subscribers. Maybe there are so many that it is impossible to count them. After the free registration, you must buy “credits.” This is a membership subscription which automatically renews. You chat with fake profiles in the fake chat. Do not taste the “Bulgarian experience.”

Our review clearly shows that this site is a scam with fake profiles and a subscription rip-off. The provider of the site is The Perfect Match LTD. This company is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

At first sight, it is difficult to trust this site. The home page is nearly empty. You only see the button to create your profile. There is nothing exciting. Altogether this site seems vulgar. The operator also owns many other sites. They are known to provide only scams as you can read in many customer reviews.

Prohibitive prices

In the terms of use you read that you must buy “credits” to talk with the other users. Prices range from 29.99 € for 200 credits, to 249.99 € for 2500 credits. Sending a message will cost you 10 credits. That means 1.5 € per message, or 1 € per message, if you bought the biggest pack. This is extremely expensive since you do not meet anyone. These costs automatically renew, and we wish you good luck if you hope to be refunded. This is a subscription rip-off.

Fake profiles

You also learn in the conditions of use, that this site is an “entertainment” site. It is clearly stated that this site uses fake profiles, fake chat, and fake chat operators. But they are kind enough to indicate these with a heart-shaped icon. Cute is it not? Even though this is information is not hidden, it is still a scam. You will waste your time, and your money, talking with employees. They will do everything to make you buy credits.
