The online dating platform MilfOrium.com advertises with free registration. The sleek interface of the landing page instils the idea that the website has something solid to offer. After examining the terms and conditions, however, we can only advise against signing up. What the site does not say is that the operator uses moderators, behind fake profiles, to entice users to spend money. As our review shows, MilfOrium.com is nothing more than an expensive fake chat rip-off.

The sleek interface is just smoke and mirrors. It is virtually impossible to experience a genuine flirt, let alone arrange a date in real life, on this scam site. As we see it, users are not adequately informed about moderation, and are lured into lengthy and costly conversations. The website is operated by Take Two Digital LTD, who are registered in Paphos, in Cyprus. They run numerous similar rip-off sites and should be avoided.

While the landing page of MilfOrium.com is attractive, it does not provide any useful information about the platform or its services. Moreover, our experience with the operator has led us to recognize their signature look from the outset. Therefore, we have every reason to believe that this is a scam. Nonetheless, for the sake of our review, we subjected the website to a thorough test, to find out. We created a test profile, inspected the terms and conditions, and searched the Internet for user experiences and reports. Altogether, our research shows that MilfOrium.com is a blatant rip-off.

Without spending money, users cannot do anything on the site unless they buy “coins.” This is virtual currency, commonly used on such platforms, to interact with other members. But these so-called members are paid by the company. They lure users into spending more, without informing them beforehand, that they are paid employees of Take Two Digital LTD. This company is registered in Paphos, in Cyprus. It is clearly a scam.

The pay-to-play chat scam

The “coins” are bought in packs. While the price of one of these coins may seem paltry, it is important to remember that each message costs one coin. So, any conversation can quickly become extremely expensive. The problem is that even if they spend a fortune on the chat, users will not improve their luck in finding a real date, at all. Indeed, the high cost is far from being the only problem with this website.

In the Terms and Conditions, we read that the operator, MilfOrium.com, uses what are called “system profiles”. These are fake profiles created by the site’s staff and managed by mandated, by chat moderators and chatbots. As these profiles only show fictitious people, it is obviously impossible to arrange a date with them in real life. It is even “strictly prohibited”, as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. Consequently, chatting here is not only expensive, but also entirely pointless, from the start.

The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.

Fake profiles

The site does not mention the use of moderators to operate the fake profiles. So, users are naturally led to believe that they are chatting with real people. However, this is not the case. We believe that users are not adequately informed about moderation. The relevant information about “system profiles” and “entertainment” is only to be found in the extended Terms and Conditions. This can can easily be overlooked.

As our reviews shows, MilfOrium.com looks like all the other sites from the same operator. The landing page is well constructed and gives the impression that the site is reliable. In fact, it is a blatant fake chat scam, and therefore, cannot be recommended. The operator relies on moderators, who entice users to buy coins, to use the fake chat. Unfortunately, any discussion on this platform is bound to go nowhere. There are absolutely no dates to be found here.
