Meet4Veg.com is a dating site for “raw foodies,” and other vegan food lovers. What a funny idea. Are there any dating sites catering to burger eaters? The design of the platform is well done, though, (pun intended). After the initial surprise, it seems like a genuine website. Except that it is not, and far from it. Our review reveals that Meet4Veg.com, is in fact, a devious subscription rip-off using fake profiles, by the shovel full. The Terms and Conditions are particularly eloquent, in this regard.

Some users will manage to identify the revealing paragraph, which is well hidden, in the obscure legal text. They will discover that not only does this site guarantee an experience that is the opposite of genuine, but also that dating is strictly forbidden. Honestly, this is all it takes, to make us want to get a steak tartare. The company operating this subscription scam is Arpro Sagl, from Canobbio, in Switzerland. We do not know them, but something tells us that we will come across this shady company in future reviews. They seem very experienced in this kind of scam.

On Meet4Veg.com, you can “share your veg interests”, really? Do you want to know what my cucumber tastes like? It is not enough to produce a well-designed website to earn credibility, it is also necessary to have an ounce of honesty. This is obviously not the case with Arpro Sagl, the company that operates Meet4Veg.com, from Cabobbio, in Switzerland. As we could find absolutely no trace of this obscure site on the web, we rolled up our sleeves, to go through the Terms and Conditions.

This was no easy task, as they were obviously compiled in a way that made reading them particularly tedious. Our experience of scam sites is now long, and wide-ranging. However, never have we read such a detailed description of a rip-off. It is quite a poem.

An expensive subscription rip-off

Registration is pretty straightforward, but problems start as soon as you create an account. The so-called “member area” is full of fake profiles, which are managed by fake operators. Their only goal is to lure the naive vegans into a dreadful money trap. Indeed, if they want to contact other members, users must subscribe to a pricey membership. A trial subscription is offered, which will automatically be converted to a more expensive monthly subscription, at the end of the trial, unless it is cancelled in time.

Indeed, all subscriptions are subject to an automatic renewal billing policy. Unfortunately, given what we have just read about the practices of this operator, there is every chance that the dishonesty of this company will not stop there. This masquerade is just a decoy, to drive the subscription scam. Once they have provided their bank details to these crooks, it is an open bar for them. Consequently, users can quickly end up stuck in a long and costly subscription trap.

Fake profiles

By their own admission, Arpro Sagl creates its own fictitious profiles, to communicate with users, and lure them into trickery. They also acknowledge that these profiles send computer-generated messages, to “promote greater participation”. This makes sense, since a premium membership is needed, to do just about anything on this platform.

Our review shows that Meet4Veg.com is a blatant rip-off. The company behind this scam dating site, is anything but reliable. Instead, they operate a subscription rip-off using fake profiles, and computer-generated messages, to lure users into a trap. Sadly, any experience on this fake dating platform is doomed. It will leave you miserable, a lot poorer, and not less single than before. Altogether, this website should not be trusted.
