Report for MatureLove.com review

The online dating portal MatureLove.com first seems like a legit choice. But we did some research and checked further details about the operator. This site is operated by the Venntro Media Group LTD which we have reviewed several times as a scam.

The company runs a huge network of more than 3.000 dating sites and has a terrible leaking data protection issue. Your profile information will be shared on every site in the network. We also found some reviews by former customers which complain about a fake chat and a subscription trap. The operation does indeed mention in the terms and conditions that the subscription for a paid membership will be renewed automatically.

Details on the MatureLove.com review

The landing page of MatureLove.com looks like a normal online dating site for mature people in the UK. In general, the first impression is not too bad but at the bottom of the homepage we read the name of the operator. This site is operated by the Venntro Media Group LTD which is located in Slough, in the UK.

The operator is well-known on the internet and we have had a few previous experiences with this company. It runs a huge network of more than 3.000 different dating sites. That does not have to be something bad, but the operator does have a bad reputation, and a terrible leaking data protection issue.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 21/01/2021)

…your membership will automatically be renewed on the last day of the subscription term.

The Site is an entertainment service.

The operator

The Venntro Media Group LTD shares your personal profile information on every platform of the network. So, if you register on MatureLove.com, your profile will be shown on more than 3.000 other sites as well. Furthermore, the operator receives a lot of criticism from former customers about a scam with a fake chat and a subscription trap. A lot of websites in the network are reviewed as a subscription trap.

Costs will originate for a subscription which has got an automatic renewal. We have to point out that an automatic renewal does not have to be a rip- off but the operator seems to be untrustworthy and the profiles in the member’s pool seem to be faked. With reference to all the information that we found on the internet this portal seems like a bad choice. Besides the reviews of former customers that mention the fake chat, your personal data is not safe here.

The conclusion from our MatureLove.com review

MatureLove.com is operated by the Venntro Media Group LTD which has got a bad reputation on the internet. This company has a leaking data protection issue as it will share your personal information on a huge network. Former customers also speak about a fake chat and a subscription trap. With reference to the details in the terms of this site, this site really could be a cheeky rip off.

Avoid at all costs. STAY AWAY! My profile was rejected for no reason provided, while the same profile was accepted on the other dating sites. No I did not disclose any personal info. I believe it was a ploy to get me to pay — not happening. Then there are multiple identical profiles with the same info, age, picture, description; fake IMO. You are forced to disclose your income and it shows on your profile, with no way to opt out so everyone will jump to the conclusions. Yes my income is low (Social Security), however I own a condo free and clear and have a credit score over 800.

Trying to delete my account is like jumping through the hoops; impossible. So now it still shows in searches I believe. Which is exactly how this site works, by displaying inactive accounts. BEWARE.

P.S. Contacting the company on Facebook went unanswered.
