Svippy Limited is the operator of LoverTop.com and based in the English city of Maidstone. The moderators on the site do not identify themselves as such and act unnoticed using fictitious profiles. Since chatting on the portal is paid for by the users, the moderators can collect a lot of money. This administrator already has a bad reputation for operating scam sites.

So, the site is telling us how easy it is to find the perfect partner in just a little time. The free registration is also appealing. It gives the impression that you can achieve your goal without it costing you money. However, this is not the case. You have to pay for sending messages and pictures. Also, the chat partners on the site are actually moderators.

In this way, the operator enables the user to start an unusually large number of conversations with other members. When the starting credit has been used up, and the moderators in the chat have seduced the user, he buys additional coins for money.
