Report for LoveAt50.co.za review
LoveAt50.co.za is a site to meet others in South Africa. We found that this platform is operated and owned by Alpha Internet Services GmbH, from Innsbruck, in Austria. They are also the owners of LoveAt50.co.nz, which is the exact same website. However, they suggest that members can be matched with members in Hamilton, South Africa, and other South African cities.
The researcher for this site had a previous account and experience with LoveAt50.co.nz. They were able to sign in to LoveAt50.co.za with LoveAt50.co.nz credentials, without any trouble. All pages were the same for both websites. This is very suspicious. To use the chat, an expensive membership must be purchased, which renews automatically. Furthermore, LoveAt50.co.za uses animators to communicate interactively. The user cannot meet the animators. In summary, LoveAt50.co.za is both a fake chat and subscription rip-off.

Details on the LoveAt50.co.za review
A review of LoveAt50.co.za, owned by Alpha Internet Services GmbH, from Innsbruck, in Austria, suggests the user interaction experience may be legitimate. To get to the member’s section, a survey of questions must be answered. This takes perhaps 10 minutes, followed by a 500-plus character essay, describing the user. Only then can the member’s section be entered. But this only allows the user to look at blurred photos, which cannot be viewed properly, until a subscription is purchased.
It was found that LoveAt50.co.nz, which was previously reviewed and found lacking, is the exact same website, except for suggesting members can be matched with members in South Africa. LoveAt50.co.za was found to be a subscription rip-off, as well as a fake chat scam.
Excerpt from the GTC (as of 09/08/2022)
The user/member is also aware that LoveAt50 uses so-called animators to motivate users/members to communicate interactively. These are real people. However, the user / member is aware that he cannot meet the animators in real life.
Expensive scam
LoveAt50.co.za indicates that they automatically renew all paid subscriptions for services unless they are faxed before the subscription expiration. Or you can email a request for subscription discontinuation to Austria, from New Zealand. Not offering an easier method of discontinuation of the subscription could easily lead to the subscription being renewed automatically. Denial of any request by the owner is easy. A one-month subscription requires a two-week notification to discontinue the subscription. But a lag in the mail, or an innocently or intentionally misplaced fax, could cause the subscription to be renewed and the user’s credit card charged.
In addition to the recurring subscription rip-off, LoveAt50.co.za users are not properly informed about the fake chat aspect of the website. Unless users read the terms and conditions of the website carefully, they are unaware that their messages are sent to persons hired by the owner. Real interaction with members with whom dates can be arranged is impossible. Thus, users are tricked into paying for an expensive membership recurring subscription and chatting with fake profiles. The owner of the website is clearly unethical and preying on users, attempting to match with members for the purpose of a relationship experience.
The conclusion from our LoveAt50.co.za review
In summary, LoveAt50.co.za is a subscription rip-off and a fake chat scam. The company sells a recurring subscription, which requires users to mail or fax the company to unsubscribe from the website. The site is extremely expensive, since it recurs, and the user is only communicating with fake members, who are paid by the company. The company is clearly cheating those seeking a relationship for profit in a subscription rip-off and a fake chat.

There must be a way to end this kind of scams. Even Cancelling the bank transaction do not work. This needs to be reported to authorities regarding theft and stealing.
disgraceful site – should be removed from the web. It’s not just in NZ and ZA – it is all over Europe. Got matched up with HGV drivers and fork lift truck drivers – great!
