The online dating portal HushAffair.com advertises with free registration. On the landing page, we read about free hook-ups. More information is missing. Because of that, we started to do some research and check the legal information. First, the reputation of the site is bad. Former users had a terrible experience with this site. They describe it as a rip-off with a fake chat. According to that information, the members´ pool is full of fictional profiles which are created for virtual “entertainment”. It seems to be impossible to meet a real person here.
Suspicion of faked profiles
Usually, we find proof for a fake chat in the terms and conditions, but on this website we did not. The reason is that the terms and conditions are quite short and do not provide useful information. We only read that all content of the site is owned by the company. Whoever the operator of the site is, it seems that this company owns material for your entertainment. As we see it, this “material” includes fake profiles. Fake profiles are used to stimulate new users into a chat for which costs will occur.
According to the reviews on the internet, the costs are quite high. Plus, those costs occur on a dating site which is filled with fake profiles. But the fake profiles are not marked as such and a fake chat operator will not identify as a fictional person. Because of that, it is a fake chat scam.
The operator of the website is unknown. A lack of information about the operator is one hint that this site is not reputable. The first impression might convince some visitors, but we cannot recommend this portal. We must point out that it does not appear reliable at all.
