Report for Fuckbook.com review

Fuckbook.com is an explicit dating website for people who are looking for a casual partner. The landing page looks simple, but modern. However, it does not say much about the service itself. It only shows an image of a blonde woman, almost naked, looking at us invitingly. Next to her, we can see a registration form, which is encouraging us to sign up for free. The fine print, below, shows a warning about pornographic content so that the platform may only be viewed by adults. Fuckbook.com is a scam dating portal created by Cargo Media AG, from Pfäffikon, in Switzerland.

For our reviews, we usually set up a simple profile. Furthermore, we read the Terms and Conditions in detail. We also spend some time looking at previous user experiences, and we evaluate whether these seem believable or not. Here, we discovered that the platform is full of fictitious profiles, which overwhelmed us with lusty messages. It is a waste of time to use this platform. The website has been created only for “entertainment.” Also, the service is offered through a premium membership, with recurring payments. You should be wary of this.

Details on the Fuckbook.com review

Fuckbook.com is a very explicit online dating platform, controlled by Cargo Media AG, which is a company registered in Pfäffikon, in Switzerland. This company is not a big player in the industry, but we do have some experience with them. So, we know it is a good idea to be careful. The portal is visually appealing, but we get almost no information about the service, on the landing page. This is just the first of many red flags we noticed, while writing our review about this scam.

Clearly fake chat

When we logged in, we started receiving messages with pictures, and tempting texts. Much of the content cannot be viewed unless we start paying for the service. The whole members’ area is full of pictures. These are obviously only meant for adults. The most important point, is that we always create a bland profile, on purpose. If the users on the platform are real, we should go completely unnoticed. However, the way we were received, confirms that this portal is full of fake profiles. It is impossible to identify these, or separate them from authentic accounts.

Cargo Media AG deny that they set up fake profiles themselves. Instead, they mention that they use so-called “Icebreaker Services.” Therefore, they send profiles from other accounts, to get the conversation going. So maybe these profiles were created by a real user, at some point. But this does not mean that the messages are real, or that the members sending them, are active on the platform. The user accepts this ice-breaker system upon registration, so it is not possible to opt out.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 10/02/2023)

At the time of registration for our services, we ask all of our users if they would like to to sign up for our Icebreaker News and Icebreaker Actions services (the “Icebreaker Services” or “Services”). Through these Services, we send Icebreaker messages, view profiles, send friend requests and send gifts (“Icebreaker Actions” or “Actions”) on behalf of and in the name of such consenting registered users.

The Icebreaker Actions aim to introduce users to each other, facilitate and support conversation between users, encourage users to respond to each other’s content, introduce new users to our most active community members, and generally promote the use of our service.

Suspicious membership

There is no point in paying for this platform, unless you are only interested in flirting with virtual profiles. Still, we must warn you about a common practice among these rip-off operators. Many tend to make it very difficult for the users to cancel the membership, and the subsequent recurring payments. Often, they pretend as if they never receive a cancellation notice and continue demanding the payments. We have no proof of this being the case here, but if we consider all the red flags we have uncovered, it is probably wise to be wary of committing to a subscription.

The conclusion from our Fuckbook.com review

Fuckbook.com is a fishy rip-off created by Cargo Media AG. No matter how much time or money you wish to spend here, you will never find a real date. The service has been designed just to provide some virtual sexy time, through a fake chat. The messages you receive do not come from real, active members, but are automated, so-called “icebreaker messages”. In our experience, it is best to stay away from these dubious operators.
