Report for Discreet-Hookup.com review
For this written report, we reviewed the online dating platform Discreet-Hookup.com. It is a site that caters to arranging raunchy rendezvous. The landing page displays four images of young half-naked women in an attempt to make the site seem more appealing to users. Upon further evaluation of the landing page, we found claims that there are around 20 thousand members logging onto the site on a daily basis looking for flirtatious chat partners and meaningful relationships. We were invited to search for users that have our ‘favourite traits’ and filter them by location to find nearby users to match with.
After registering for an account to do a proper review, we received some messages while we were in the members’ area. Our instant popularity was not a good sign, for it indicated the use of a fake chat scam or another rip-off. Based on the text we found in the Terms and Conditions of Discreet-Hookup.com, this platform is equipped with a fake chat scam. The site has fake user profiles that pretend to have an interest in real users to enhance their ‘entertainment experience’ and encourage them to join. Discreet-Hookup.com is owned by Take Two Digital LTD of Paphos, Cyprus.

Details on the Discreet-Hookup.com review
Since we were required to do so to complete our review, we registered on Discreet-Hookup.com and were bombarded with messages. The profile pictures and display names of the users who sent us messages were sexually explicit in nature. Enticing messages usually come from fictitious profiles to try and make real users believe the messages are genuine. Users who fall for this are quick to subscribe and spend money on the site. This is a scam as real users will never physically meet anyone from those fictitious profiles as they are only for enhancing the user’s experience.
The fake chat scam that is used on Discreet-Hookup.com is how the company gets users to purchase ‘coins,’ which is the site’s virtual currency. A pay-to-play system is established here to extort money from users as it plays a part in the fake chat scam. The goal of this platform is to make users believe that fictitious profiles are real so that genuine users become encouraged to buy coins. Users will also think that they can physically meet with the person they are conversing with.
Excerpt from the GTC (as of 06/09/2023)
The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.
Non-refundable
‘Coins’ aren’t cheap either, for it requires 40 of them to send a message, which makes this a rip-off. The cost of coins also comes in five different packages ranging from 200 coins for £8 to 6000 coins for £179. Part of the scam is that the coins are non-refundable, which is something that Take Two Digital LTD mentions in the Terms and Conditions of Discreet-Hookup.com.
Intent on Swindling
Paragraphs that serve as evidence of the scam being used to swindle users on the dating site had been removed from the site’s Terms and Conditions. People who use dating sites for finding relationships or hooking up expect the best from services from these sites. However, none of these services will ever be offered by Discreet-Hookup.com. All that they will be met with is an expensive fake chat service that will never lead to any physical meeting with the operator of the fictitious profiles.
The conclusion from our Discreet-Hookup.com review
In our report on Discreet-Hookup.com, we have concluded that the presence of a fake chat scam is present on the site. We even found evidence of this when we evaluated the Terms and Conditions. The scam uses the platform’s pricey coin system to swindle real users into losing a lot of money and getting nothing in return. The platform even goes so far as to admit to the presence of such foul play without any care for the user. We advise that you avoid using this site.
