Report for Adultery.chat review

Adultery.chat is a platform for people who get turned on by being unfaithful or to hook up with married people. After evaluating the site with a temporary profile, we were able to confirm right away that the site is a scam. They try to trick users however they can so that users will subscribe to the premium service. In fact, there are several pop-up messages that appear once users have successfully created a profile. These messages implore new users to purchase a new membership before they even get to see the dodgy members’ area and with a fake chat service.

The portal was developed by Global Digital Média SA, a Geneva-based company. They want users to believe that users will meet a lot of people here who are into adultery, but the Terms and Conditions say otherwise. They reveal the use of automated messages, along with very fishy subscription terms. We know the operator pretty well from previous reviews, so our expectations weren’t too high. All they can offer is a bland virtual experience.

Details on the Adultery.chat review

Adultery.chat is a steamy dating portal for people who are into cheating. It is a rip-off website that was designed by the Swiss operator known as Global Digital Média SA, which is based in Geneva. The Terms and Conditions are anything but straightforward. It seems as though it was intentionally written to confuse anyone who reads it. Even if users just want to get turned on by some fake sexy conversation, they’re going to be greatly disappointed by this scam.

Treacherous membership

Adultery.chat bases its income on a cheeky subscription. There are different membership modalities offered, such as gold, silver, and bronze subscription. The price varies according to the length of the contract. The main problem here is the two-week special promotion. It looks as if users could try the platform for a couple of pounds. That way, they may get a taste and make up their mind about the platform.

However, the terms are deceitful. The moment users agree to this special trial, they will be trapped in a whirlwind of automatic renewals. The membership immediately turns into a three-month subscription without warning, and users will have to pay way more than they intended. Unfortunately, the method to cancel the membership is not very clear either. Writing from experience, this is a major red flag and an obvious indication of a scam. We can only guess from the text that users who wish to cancel will have to send a termination request.

Excerpt from the GTC (as of 12/07/2023)

Subscribing Members have the option of not renewing the fourteen (14) days offer at the earliest after the first seven (7) clear day and no later than one (3) clear day before the end of the Subscription. Any termination of the ‘two weeks’ offer is subject to a two (2) week notice period. In the event that the Member cancels his or her Subscription before the end of the two (2) month period, administrative costs of €19.74 will become due.

The exchanges between Members, the profiles, the descriptions and other announcements are incorporated within the framework of entertainment and communication. Global Digital Média and / or its affiliates only provides a technical platform and cannot guarantee that exchanges between Members actually lead to encounters.

Fishy tricks

Even before we made it to the members’ area, we had to avoid quite a few cheeky tactics. It almost looks like users won’t be able to access it at all without a membership, and it is hard to find the link to proceed without doing it. Fortunately, we have quite a bit of experience with these kinds of rip-off sites. After countless reviews, we knew our way around. However, the members’ area contains nothing but a fake chat service. This is just a waste of time, no matter how you look at it.

The conclusion from our Adultery.chat review

Adultery.chat seems perfect for people who fantasize about adultery. This casual dating portal is managed by a sleazy Swiss operator called Global Digital Média SA, from Geneva. They use all kinds of tricks to deceive users so that they’ll sign up for a dangerous membership. The two-week promotion is impossible to cancel. The Terms and Conditions are difficult to decipher, especially if you are new to the online dating game. We believe that everything done on this site is intentional, so it is definitely a rip-off.
