Report for TheCoupleClub.com review
At first glance, the online dating platform, TheCoupleClub.com appears to be a great place to meet like-minded couples, who are looking for new dating experiences. However, our research shows that it is in fact very unlikely to ever find a real person for a date on this website.
The members’ pool is full of fake profiles, which were created by the site’s employees. These profiles are only used to lure new users into signing up for one of the paid membership subscriptions as quickly as possible. But unfortunately, all offered subscriptions renew automatically and are extremely difficult to cancel. Thus, the site is a subscription rip-off.
The company responsible for this scam is Desdemona Ltd, from Dublin, Ireland. They operate a whole network of untrustworthy dating portals, and have already received numerous negative reviews and complaints on the internet.

Details on the TheCoupleClub.com review
The online dating platform, TheCoupleClub.com, claims to be an ideal place to get in touch with other singles and couples who are searching for new adventures. Outwardly, the site looks like a decent choice. After some further research, however, we cannot recommend anyone to sign up on this website. Our review shows that it is just a subscription rip-off, and a fake chat scam.
Enticing fake messages
In the terms and conditions, we read that the site contains so-called “test dating profiles”. In other words, this means that the members’ area is full of fake profiles, which were created and are controlled by employed fake chat operators.
From our experience, such profiles are typically used to send enticing chat messages to new users, for the purpose of luring them into the chat. The chat, however, can only be used by paying subscribers. In order to read and write messages, users are basically forced to sign up for a paid subscription first. With this cheeky strategy, TheCoupleClub.com tricks its users into the paid services.
The following excerpt is from the terms and conditions
From time to time, the Company employees (or employees of its parent or affiliated companies) may create test dating profiles for the purpose of checking and testing the functionality of our Website and Service to improve the quality and user experience for its Users.
Dangerous subscriptions
Unfortunately, all subscriptions are subject to an automatic renewal billing policy. Therefore, they must be cancelled by the user to avoid recurring charges. However, in order to get as much money as possible from each user, the operator of TheCoupleClub.com makes the cancellation process extremely difficult.
Not a good choice
Since most, if not all, member profiles are fake, it is highly unlikely to ever arrange a real date on this website. Moreover, the paid subscriptions are nothing but dangerous traps. The company responsible for this scam is Desdemona Ltd, who are based in Dublin, Ireland. This operator runs numerous other infamous dating platforms, some of which have already received many negative reviews and complaints online. We advise you to never sign up on any of their websites.
The conclusion from our TheCoupleClub.com review
Tragically, TheCoupleClub.com cannot be recommended. The site is nothing but a rip-off with a fake chat scam, and a subscription trap. Your chances of meeting a real person for a date here are basically zero, because the members’ pool is filled with profiles. Also, the chat can only be used by paying subscriptions. To our dismay, all subscriptions renew automatically and are extremely difficult to cancel. Do not sign up here, it is just a waste of money and time.
