    Report for Snap-Bang.com review

Snap-Bang.com claims to be the best dating website for meeting local singles who want to hook up. It advertises itself as providing instant matches, having over 120,000 users, and overall, guarantees a great experience for its members.

On the surface, Snap-Bang.com looks very enticing. However, when taking a deeper look, it appears likely that this website is a fake chat scam, to rip off its members. Additionally, we have previous experience with the company that owns this website, Take Two Digital Ltd, which is based in Paphos, Cyprus. They have a negative reputation on the internet and previously received a poor review from us.

To confirm our suspicions about Snap-Bang.com, we created a profile. We quickly concluded that the site uses a fake chat scam, to lure members into making additional purchases. The profiles, which send you messages, mostly seem to be run by fake chat operators. They encourage users to spend money because the use of a digital currency is required to send each message.

    Details on the Snap-Bang.com review

Snap-Bang.com advertises itself as a dating portal where users can quickly find hookups in their area. It says that registration is quick and completely free. Upon signing up, it seemed to be quite the opposite. Users are required to spend large amounts of money to chat with profiles, which are probably not real.

What made us believe that Snap-Bang.com is operating a fake chat scam, is that messages appeared in our inbox immediately after signing up. Our profile was incomplete and had no profile picture. It seems quite unlikely that any real person would be contacting us so quickly.

    Virtual currency system

To respond, and keep chatting with these fake profiles, members must purchase packs of “coins.” This is Snap-Bang.com’s virtual currency. The use of these coins is required to send each message. This means that it will cost users quite a bit of money to keep up conversations. Fake chat operators are trained to scam users into spending as much money as possible, by extending the conversations.

    Fake profiles

Another suspicious fact about this website is that they do not reveal the entire extent of their Terms and Conditions until users have already created an account. In the full version of their terms, it is explicitly stated, that Snap-Bang.com creates “system profiles” that it uses to enhance the experience of members. Therefore, they employ fake chat operators, or computerized chatbots, which pretend to be real members of the site.

    From the Terms and Conditions

The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience.

Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited. The user further acknowledges that the Company may utilize and/or analyse the interactions the user has with such profiles in order to enhance his experience on the Site.

    Bad Reputation

The company which runs Snap-Bang.com, Take Two Digital Ltd, has been the recipient of criticism, and poor reviews from us in the past. This company is operated from Paphos, in Cyprus. They are known for creating many websites, just like Snap-Bang.com, which rip off users. Also, there are many negative reviews from others on the internet.

The conclusion from our Snap-Bang.com review

Snap-Bang.com is a site which uses fake chat operators to scam its members. They convince users to buy virtual coins, and to talk with their attractive, false profiles. This website takes money while offering very little in return. It is highly unlikely that users will talk with genuine people. Neither will they have success in meeting anyone by using this website. So, we do not recommend anyone to use this dating portal.
