    Report for Date4Fun.com review

Date4Fun.com advertises with free registration and claims to have a lot of members. But we did some research and found reviews about a scam. Former users had the experience of a fake chat. So, they claim that all profiles of the website are fake and show fictional people.

This portal is full of fictional profiles which are controlled by fake chat operators. But we must say that the operator does mention the use of fake profiles on the landing page. As we see it, the user can spot the statement about fake profiles before registration. But because the information is hidden, it is still some kind of rip-off. The company ONMOBILE Kft operates this site.

    Details on the Date4Fun.com review

Date4Fun.com looks like a great casual dating portal. On the landing page, we see profile pictures. We also read about free registration. Altogether, the offer of this portal sounds great. But on the bottom of the homepage, we found a statement. This statement is quite important. The bad thing is that this information is well hidden. Part of it mentions the use of fictional profiles. So, on the landing page, we read that the website uses fake profiles which show fictional people. The purpose of the fictional profiles is “entertainment” for the user.

It is fair of the operator to show this information before registration. But, two things disturb us. First, the statement is hidden at the bottom of the website. Second, the note does not inform about the full scale of the fake chat. We did some more research and found reviews. Former users explain that all profiles are fake. So, there is not one real person on this site. Still, it claims to be a great online dating website. So, this website is a cheeky scam with a fake chat.

We found the following note in the terms and conditions

The service also offers a myriad of options, such as communicating, flirting and even potentially meeting another user in person, as well as numerous other portal functions such as communicating with the real-life profile of a user, as well as profiles created and managed by the OM (hereinafter referred to as Cupid User). The Cupid users can experience virtual and erotic fantasies exclusively; real-life dates are not supported.

    Misleading advertising on the homepage

On the landing page, the operator advertises with inviting information. We read that you can search and flirt with other members of the site. However, dates in real-life are not mentioned. So, the operator deliberately uses wrong and misleading information to stimulate users to register. After that, fake chat operators lure new members into a chat for which costs will occur.

Of course, fake chat operators will not identify as a fictional person. The operator of the site is ONMOBILE Kft, who are based in Budapest, Hungary. We found many negative reviews about this company. They run many more scam dating sites.

The conclusion from our Date4Fun.com review

Date4Fun.com is a rip-off with a fake chat. Fake chat operators control fictional profiles to entertain you. Well, that is what the operator calls it. They will stimulate new members into a chat for which costs will occur. The user does not usually know about moderation. So, the user pays a lot of money to chat with a fictional profile managed by a fake chat operator and assumes that it is a real person.
